★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive boas experiências com essa empresa, o fechamento ficou com péssimo acabamento ficando com quinas vivas e expostas, com alto risco de acidentes com cortes, principalmente pra quem tem crianças. Eles alegaram que é assim mesmo e não podem fazer nada pra melhorar.
O vidro do box que eles instalaram estourou com menos de 6 meses de uso e eles ainda disseram que a culpa seria nossa que em algum momento exercemos alguma tensão sobre o vidro.
Pelas minhas experiências, não recomendo esta empresa.
I did not have any good experiences with this company, the closure was very poor finishing with live and exposed corners, with a high risk of accidents with cuts, especially for those who have children. They claim it's the case and they can not do anything to improve.
The glass of the box they installed burst with less than 6 months of use and they even said that it would be our fault that at some point we exerted some tension on the glass.
From my experiences, I do not recommend this company.

Não recomendo
Bad experience, I hired to install a box for the bathroom and it is leaking from the corner of the wall due to poor installation, I get in touch with it but never have a professional available for the service.

Atualização 22/11/2020:
Acho necessário informar que após 3 meses da substituição do vidro do guarda corpo da varanda, surgiu uma rachadura. Entrei em contato com a empresa e eles informaram que não tinha garantia o vidro, além do mais indagaram se a causa não teria sido batida por vassoura causada por mim, e que a única causa possível seria um atrito. Bem... a única certeza que tenho é que nem cheguei a encostar na região por ser um local de difícil acesso, e uma pesquisada rápida na internet já se sabe que tem várias causas uma rachadura "misteriosa", como por exemplo manuseio ou métodos inadequados durante o corte. Deixo registrado a minha frustração, porque no final das contas arcarei sozinha com o prejuízo. Deixei 2 estrelas porque além do vidro da varanda, também coloquei dois espelhos no banheiros, estes estão ótimos. Não mais estarei voltando a contratar a empresa para a substituição do vidro.

I think it is necessary to inform that after 3 months of replacing the glass of the balcony railing, a crack appeared. I contacted the company and they informed me that there was no guarantee for the glass, besides they asked if the cause was not hit by a broom caused by me, and that the only possible cause would be friction. Well ... the only certainty I have is that I didn't even touch the region because it is a difficult to access place, and a quick search on the internet is already known that there are several causes for a "mysterious" crack, such as handling or methods during cutting. I register my frustration, because at the end of the day I will bear the loss alone. I left 2 stars because in addition to the balcony glass, I also put two mirrors in the bathrooms, these are great. I will no longer be returning to hire the company to replace the glass.
