★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico pra ninguém, nunca mais volto a fazer qualquer tipo de negócio com eles, não são nada atenciosos, recentemente eu entreguei um imóvel, onde eles alegaram q a porta de entrada não está fechando direito, quando na vdd essa porta sempre teve problema, mas eu vou arrumar, para evitar desgaste. Eles fazem a avaliação, sem a presença do inquilino, gente incrível, não sei de onde eles tiraram isso. Não tem consideração.
 I don't recommend it to anyone, I'll never do any business with them again, they're not at all considerate, I recently handed over a property, where they claimed that the front door isn't closing properly, when on vdd this door always had a problem, but I'll fix it, to avoid wear and tear. They carry out the assessment, without the presence of the tenant, amazing people, I don't know where they got it. No consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária sempre atenta aos problemas dos moradores. Todas as questões que tive com relação ao dono do imóvel, vizinho, etc, a imobiliária se propôs a ajudar e "não sossegou" até que o problema fosse solucionado.

Eles te te tratam com "deboche" mediante a sua insatisfação. Se precisar de algo após a compra do seu imóvel, não conte com o apoio da Construtora Inovi para te auxiliar na resolução do problema. Pelo contrário, você vai ter mais dor de cabeça ainda. #ficaadica.
