★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha muito preconceito em relação ao Crossfit, mas resolvi fazer uma aula experimental em outubro de 2020 e não me arrependi: a professora Gabi transformou o meu sentimento em relação ao esporte e me fez perceber que o Crossfit é uma ótima oportunidade de se manter saudável e com o corpo ativo.
Me matriculei como aluna logo depois que fiz a aula experimental, em out/2020, e desde então venho tendo uma evolução considerável no que diz respeito a força e a resistência física. Eu tinha muitas limitações por ser sedentária e por sempre ter fugido de atividades que envolviam força mas, principalmente graças às professoras Gabi e Angélica, consegui superar várias barreiras. São duas profissionais extremamente capacitadas e que se preocupam em analisar as limitações e as particularidades de cada aluno, buscando sempre a excelência. Os demais professores do box também são incríveis.
Recomendo muitíssimo o box da Inox Crossfit. Vale cada centavo pago e não trocaria por nenhuma outra atividade física.
I was very prejudiced against Crossfit, but I decided to take an experimental class in October 2020 and I didn't regret it: teacher Gabi transformed my feeling towards the sport and made me realize that Crossfit is a great opportunity to stay healthy and with the active body.
I enrolled as a student right after I took the experimental class, in Oct/2020, and since then I have had a considerable evolution in terms of strength and physical endurance. I had many limitations for being sedentary and for having always run away from activities that involved strength, but mainly thanks to teachers Gabi and Angelica, I managed to overcome several barriers. They are two extremely capable professionals who are concerned with analyzing the limitations and particularities of each student, always striving for excellence. The other box teachers are also amazing.
I highly recommend the Inox Crossfit box. It's worth every penny paid and I wouldn't trade it for any other physical activity.
