Desde que os encontrei na rede social e tive o primeiro contato telefônico, fui muito bem acolhido e rolou uma empatia forte. Ao desligar o telefone, senti muita segurança em tê-los como parceiros nessa empreitada de grande importância pessoal para mim. Fiquei muito bem impressionado por utilizarem metodologias de ponta como o Scrum para gerenciar todas as fases do projeto. A pontualidade e transparência durante todo o processo tem sido surpreendentes. Por conta da pandemia, as reuniões foram 100% remotas, mas a Inside fez questão de enviar amostras dos materias que definimos no projeto para q eu pudesse ter um pouco da experiência sensorial q vou receber ao final da obra. A fase do projeto está bem próxima de ser concluída e, em breve, iniciaremos as obras. No futuro, deixarei um novo comentário para descrever minha experiência com a Inside Arquitetura nessa próxima fase.
The experience in realizing one of my biggest dreams, with the partnership of Inside Arquitetura, is being fantastic! Since I found them on the social network and had my first telephone contact, I was very well received and there was a strong empathy. When I hung up the phone, I felt very secure in having them as partners in this endeavor of great personal importance to me. I was very impressed by using cutting-edge methodologies like Scrum to manage all phases of the project. The punctuality and transparency throughout the process has been surprising. Due to the pandemic, the meetings were 100% remote, but Inside insisted on sending samples of the materials we defined in the project so that I could have a little of the sensory experience that I will receive at the end of the work. The project phase is very close to being concluded and, soon, we will start the works. In the future, I will leave a new comment to describe my experience with Inside Arquitetura in this next phase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As arquitetas são organizadas, devem ter uma capacidade técnica muito boa, no entanto, na hora da venda não são explícitas ao dizerem o valor aproximado da obra ao cliente (que é leigo), te induzem a achar que é algo simples e acessível, vc pergunta, pergunta e pergunta, e na hora da venda tudo é uma maravilha… só que depois vem como elas me disseram “choque de realidade”, mesmo tendo perguntado no momento de fechar o contrato algumas vezes sobre o valor, depois veio o chamado ironicamente como choque de realidade, acredito que devem melhorar a forma como vendem os sonhos das pessoas, sendo o mais direta possível para que não haja confusões e decepções, bem como não haja desconfiança por parte do cliente. De resto acredito serem profissionais excelentes. Fica a sugestão

Foi uma experiência incrível, pois a Sara olha pro mundo com olhar de criança, sem medo, sua criatividade exala em tudo que faz. Ela e sua equipe digeriram lentamente todos os nossos sonhos e transformaram em realidade tudo que sempre idealizamos. Um projeto orgânico, cheio de história, cores e movimento. Cada objeto, cada traço, cada cálculo, tudo tinha um sentido e um porquê! A parte disso, toda a parte financeira foi impecável, nós nunca saímos do orçamento, sempre com tudo em dia, e a obra foi entregue exatamente no dia previsto. A Inside se tornou parte da família pra nós! Gratidão!
Inside is the most committed, responsible and correct company I have ever met. We did the whole project of our first apt with them. It was an incredible experience, because Sara looks at the world with a child's eyes, without fear, her creativity exudes in everything she does. She and her team slowly digested all of our dreams and made everything we always idealized into reality. An organic project, full of history, colors and movement. Each object, each trace, each calculation, everything had a meaning and a why! The part of this, all the financial part was impeccable, we never went out of budget, always on time, and the work was delivered exactly on the scheduled date. Inside has become part of the family for us! Gratitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esboços, desenhos e imagens de AutoCAD são importantes em um projeto, mas um orçamento bem construído, desde o começo, é bem mais importante. Isso dá segurança sobre a rota da obra, sem que haja surpresas financeiras inesperadas. E essa segurança encontrei na Inside. Tanto que é a quarta obra que faço com esse escritório, para imóveis diferentes.
Em nenhuma das obras houve atraso na entrega, o prazo que está no contrato é cumprido à risca. Isso passa segurança.
Com essa segurança torna-se mais confortável dedicar-se à parte estética e estrutural da obra. O escritório possui diferentes profissionais experimentes nas partes de estética e estrutural. O resultado das obras sempre tiveram o perfil da minha família, traduzido pelo trabalho da Inside.
AutoCAD sketches, drawings and images are important in a project, but a well-built budget from the beginning is far more important. This gives security on the route of the work, without unexpected financial surprises. And this security I found on Inside. So much so that it is the fourth work I do with this office, for different properties.
In none of the works there was a delay in delivery, the deadline that is in the contract is strictly fulfilled. This passes security.
With this security, it becomes more comfortable to dedicate oneself to the aesthetic and structural part of the work. The office has different professionals experienced in the aesthetic and structural parts. The result of the works always had the profile of my family, translated by the work of Inside.

Apesar de tudo, eles foram a equipe de arquitetos que nos passaram maior segurança e que ao nosso ver tinham a melhor organização. Começaram com o teste de orçamento e nos deram dicas do que ficaria bom e do que não seria possível, bem como criaram uma narrativa baseada em nossas vidas pessoas do que esperávamos e que tipo de lar queríamos montar. Foram sempre disponíveis quando precisávamos tirar dúvidas e sempre resolveram os problemas, estes inerentes a qualquer obra, de forma honesta e transparente. Além disso, o valor negociado nos pareceu justo e bem descrito em contrato. Só temos a agradecer pelo tratamento e também pelo suporte de 1 ano que é dado após a finalização da obra. Podem ter certeza de que indicaremos vocês muito bem e que vocês serão prioridade caso precisemos novamente de uma equipe de arquitetura. We chose Inside in a very difficult and uncertain time that was at the beginning of the pandemic. In spite of everything, they were the team of architects who gave us the most security and who, in our opinion, had the best organization. We were well received from the first contact, and we already noticed the attentive and exclusive treatment given to us. They started with the budget test and gave us tips on what would look good and what wouldn't, as well as creating a narrative based on our personal lives of what we expected and what kind of home we wanted to build. They were always available when we needed to ask questions and they always solved the problems, which are inherent to any work, in an honest and transparent way. In addition, the negotiated value seemed fair and well described in the contract. We just have to thank you for the treatment and also for the 1 year support that is given after the completion of the work.
