★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu realmente gostaria de vir aqui para dar somente feedback positivos, mas infelizmente não posso faze-lo no momento.
Comprei o planejado em Set/21 com promessa de entrega em Dezembro o que não ocorreu.
Então a entrega e montagem foi feita em Janeiro, até ai tudo bem, alguns dias de atraso é aceitável, porém, na montagem foi identificado que não foram enviadas algumas peças, como também portas diferentes do que foi escolhido no momento da assinatura do contrato, então me deram 15 dias para resolverem meu problema e hoje estamos no dia 10/03 e nada foi resolvido e o pior, nem uma satisfação nos dão.
Estou extremamente aborrecido, visto que já estou entrando no pagamento da sexta parcela sem ter o meu planejado totalmente finalizado, e isso é realmente desagradável.
Espero que novos clientes não venham a ter essa horrível experiência.

I bought what was planned in Sep/21 with a promise of delivery in December, which did not happen.
So the delivery and assembly was done in January, so far so good, a few days delay is acceptable, however, in the assembly it was identified that some parts were not sent, as well as different ports from what was chosen at the time of signing the contract, so they gave me 15 days to solve my problem and today we are on the 10/03th and nothing has been solved and the worst, they don't even give us a satisfaction.
I am extremely annoyed as I am already entering the sixth installment payment without having my plan fully finalized, and this is really unpleasant.
I hope new customers don't have this horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei os móveis em outubro para serem entregues em dezembro antes do Natal. Os móveis foram instalados apenas depois do dia 15 de janeiro. O projeto saiu nas medidas erradas, foi montado faltando prateleiras e portas. Preencheram os espaços que faltaram com massa corrida para compensar o tamanho menor, já que mediram errado. Reclamei na hora e alegaram que as paredes do imóvel é que eram tortas, mas os móveis anteriores não tinham esse problema. Entrei em contato várias vezes, ninguém atende o telefone, leem whats app e não respondem. Veio um técnico deles aqui medir e ele concordou que estava tudo errado e serviço estava mal feito. Ficou de passar as informações para a loja para que entrássemos em acordo, mas até agora nada. Estamos em 10/02/2022 e eu continuo com a cozinha desmontada. Minha mãe é idosa e os móveis foram comprados para serem um presente para ela.
I bought the furniture in October to be delivered in December before Christmas. The furniture was installed only after the 15th of January. The project came out in the wrong measurements, it was assembled missing shelves and doors. They filled in the missing spaces with putty to compensate for the smaller size, as they measured wrong. I complained at the time and they claimed that the walls of the property were crooked, but the previous furniture didn't have this problem. I contacted them several times, no one answers the phone, they read whats app and they do not respond. One of their technicians came here to measure and he agreed that everything was wrong and the service was poorly done. He was supposed to pass the information to the store so that we could come to an agreement, but so far nothing. It's 02/10/2022 and I still have the kitchen dismantled. My mother is elderly and the furniture was bought as a gift for her.

Clear and punctual communication. Satisfaction regarding delivery time and furniture quality. Excellent service from the beginning of the project, contract, delivery and assembly. Gratitude to the entire team, especially to the manager Ricardo, the after-sales representative Wagner, and other collaborators Elora and Cesar. I recommend it to friends and relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa loja é uma verdadeira piada. Acabaram com os nossos sonhos, não respeitam o consumidor , o Pós vendas é péssimo e os móveis são de péssima qualidade.
Em relação ao projeto que fizemos com eles, não foi seguido, eles não terminaram de montar os móveis e nos entregaram matérias cheios de avarias.
Estamos processando a loja, fiquem espertos e fujam deles.
Seguem algumas fotos do material que nos foi entregue e a péssima qualidade dos produtos.
Armarios desalinhados, gavetas sem puxador e a porta do ripado não foi entregue até hoje.
This store is a real joke. They ended our dreams, they don't respect the consumer, the after sales is terrible and the furniture is of poor quality.
Regarding the project we did with them, it was not followed, they did not finish assembling the furniture and they delivered materials full of damages.
We're suing the store, stay smart and run away from them.

Misaligned cabinets, drawers without handles and the slatted door has not been delivered until today.

Comprei os moveis planejados em Agosto e até hoje ( Abril), não entregaram tudo, e o que entregaram está mal feito! Entregaram pela metade, ainda falta uma porta e arrumar a parte "descascada" que me entregaram!
Alem disso eles não tem respeito, marcaram diversas vezes de arrumar e nunca apareceram!!
Esta ai nas fotos o péssimo serviço deles!
Irresponsible store, speechless!
I bought the planned furniture in August and until today (April), they haven't delivered everything, and what they delivered is poorly made! They delivered in half, I still need a door and fix the "peeled" part that they delivered to me!
In addition, they have no respect, they scheduled several times to fix it and never showed up!!

E o Rodolfo, Celso, Daniel e Klebeson que vieram fazer a montagem foram muito rápidos e ficou lindo! Também ajudaram muito limpando sempre que terminavam o trabalho.

What an incredible experience with this company. We are totally satisfied with the service provided to us. The deadline was met, we received even earlier. And Rodolfo, Celso, Daniel and Klebeson who came to edit were very fast and it was beautiful! They also helped a lot by cleaning whenever they finished work.
The seller who helped us in everything was César, from the project to the assembly. He was keen to help with the entire process. I highly recommend this company and professionals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um projeto todo feito on-line, nem precisar que eu fosse até a loja, o projetista montou da forma que eu queria e com muita paciência com as minha alterações constantes. O prazo se estendeu um pouco porque fiz a compra em período de feriados de fim de ano, mas a montagem foi rápida e eficiente.
Estou apaixonada pela minha cozinha que ficou do jeitinho que eu imaginei e sonhei. Recomendo a loja não só pelo produto entregue, mas também pela qualidade e o preço, pois outros orçamentos ficaram com o valor maior e o material de qualidade inferior ao MDF.
A project all done online, I didn't even need to go to the store, the designer assembled it the way I wanted and with a lot of patience with my constant changes. The deadline was extended a little because I made the purchase during the end of the year holidays, but the assembly was fast and efficient.
I'm in love with my kitchen that turned out just the way I imagined and dreamed. I recommend the store not only for the product delivered, but also for the quality and price, as other budgets had the higher value and the material of lower quality than MDF.
