★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pelo 135 super demorado. Pelo site sistema confuso e só funciona se vc acessar pelo navegador Firefox. Na agência nunca te dão todas informações que vc precisa. Se estiver de afastado por licença médica, será retornado ao trabalho na terceira perícia mesmo sem estar apto a trabalhar. Péssimo.
Attendance by the 135 super slow. By system site confusing and only works if you access the Firefox browser. At the agency they never give you all the information you need. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende o telefone fixo e o telefone do 135 lento demais fica 30 minutos na musiquinha aguardando e depois cai a ligação aff ninguém merece tal ineficiência desse órgão. Quando consigo falar na agencia de coronel fabriciano um atendente homem atende com impaciencia nao serve nem para ser servidor.
He doesn't answer the landline and the 135's phone is too slow, it waits 30 minutes in the music waiting and then the aff connection goes down, no one deserves such inefficiency from this organ. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é novidade para ninguém que as agências da previdência social do nosso país estão com poucos funcionários, o que deixa os serviços prestados em péssimas condições. É necessário novo concurso para preencher as vagas dos servidores que se aposentaram, pois o quadro de funcionários diminiu drasticamente nos últimos anos.
Outro ponto negativo é a demora nos atendimentos. Atualmente as agências passaram por algumas mudanças, como o INSS digital. Quer dizer que várias coisas serão feitas apenas pelo site da previdência social. Porém, o site dificulta muito a vida do usuário, pois é necessário responder a algumas perguntas que por sua vez não ajudam em nada.
Quando o usuário solicita algum tipo de benefício previdenciário ou social(BPC/LOAS), a documentação é digitalizada, vai para uma fila de espera e é analisada por servidores de qualquer região do país. Quer dizer que o benefício não será analisado pela agência de origem. Os analistas utilizam uma plataforma da previdência e dão prosseguimento a próxima análise conforme a fila de espera. Isso é ruim? No começo, até que seja tudo organizado e chegue no ponto certo, vai atrasar alguns benefícios.
Com tudo, é necessário levar em consideração o aumento da procura ao acesso à benefícios, devido ao receio nas mudanças que poderam ocorrer na previdência social.

Já é a terceira vez que fazem o agendamento da minha mãe pra fazer a perícia, moramos em outra cidade e quando chega na data e hora marcada simplesmente alegam que não tem como atender pois estão de greve .
Agora eu me pergunto se sabe que não terá o atendimento no dia marcado , porque não avisar com antecedência ? Isso se chama gentileza !!!
90,00 de transporte pra vocês talvez não faz nenhuma diferença, mas pra nós faz muita diferença.
Ainda fui ironizada que existe pessoas que vem de mais longe do que eu é isso é natural de acontecer .
melhorem isso, porque só quem passa pela situação sabe o quanto é frustrante .
