★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não avisa que está sem atendimento, espera a pessoa ir na agência para avisar que não será atendido... Muitas idas e voltas e sem resolução na maioria das vezes.
O atendimento é ruim.... Funcionários mexendo no celular, estagiários sem postura no atendimento... Demora para colocar resultado de perícia no sistema.... Para resumir, uma vergonha o descaso com as pessoas.
It doesn't warn that it's out of service, it waits for the person to go to the agency to let them know that they won't be served... Lots of back and forth and no resolution most of the time.
The service is bad.... Employees using their cell phones, interns with no attitude in the service... It takes time to put the result of expertise in the system.... To sum up, the neglect with people is shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALGUNS FUNCIONÁRIOS, SEMPRE PRONTOS A ATENDER, AS ASSISTENTES SOCIAIS , TENTANDO AMENIZAR A SITUAÇÃO PRECÁRIA DO LOCAL , MUITO ABAFADO ,AR CONDICIONADO QUE NÃO FUNCIONA , ATENDE MUITA GENTE , PRINCIPALMENTE CRIANÇAS ESPECIAIS, DE VÁRIAS ESPECIALIDADES E É MUITO DIFÍCIL , ESTÁ MUITO COMPLICADO !
SOME EMPLOYEES, ALWAYS READY TO ATTEND, THE SOCIAL ASSISTANTS, TRYING TO SOLIDIZE THE PRECARIOUS SITUATION OF THE PLACE, VERY SMOOTHY, AIR CONDITIONING THAT DOESN'T WORK, SERVES A LOT OF PEOPLE, MAINLY SPECIAL CHILDREN, OF VARIOUS SPECIALTIES AND IT'S VERY DIFFICULT, IT'S VERY COMPLICATED!

Fui ser atendido lá e logo na entrada tinham três vigilantes, dois estavam sentados com o celular na mão navegando em redes sociais e não me responderam sequer um Boa tarde, fui salvo pelo terceiro. No balcão de atendimento tinha dois jovens (pareciam aprendizes) que estavam literalmente espojados no balcão sem nenhuma educação para responder um Boa tarde. Fiz a perícia no dia 18/03/21, e o que seria para ter um resultado às 21h do mesmo dia, se estende até hoje sem resposta ou explicação. CADA VEZ MAIS TRISTE COM NOSSO SERVIÇO PÚBLICO.
Horrible. I went to be attended to there and right at the entrance there were three guards, two were sitting with their cell phones in hand browsing social networks and they didn't even answer me a good afternoon, I was saved by the third. At the service desk there were two young people (they looked like apprentices) who were literally sprawled at the desk with no manners to respond to a good afternoon. I did the expertise on 03/18/21, and what it would be like to have a result at 21 pm on the same day, extends until today without answer or explanation. MORE AND MORE SAD WITH OUR PUBLIC SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei mais de 1 mês para perícia, olhei no site e diz que está funcionando normalmente, chegando lá para a minha surpresa está em greve há 2 meses. Total falta de respeito, eu mesmo com limitações , gastei dinheiro com Uber para ir e voltar e não fui atendido. Liguei hoje mesmo pela tarde e para a minha surpresa foi remarcado para daqui a 1 mês e pouco, ou seja, quase 3 meses para passar apenas por uma perícia e Deus só Deus sabe quando receberei o auxílio no momento de mais precisão... Triste em ver um serviço público tão importante sendo feito desse jeito.
A pergunta é, para que tem a opção de marcar já que não está funcionando, a gente paga o tempo todo e no único momento que que precisa não há atendimento.
I waited more than 1 month for expertise, I looked on the website and it says it is working normally, getting there to my surprise it has been on strike for 2 months. Total lack of respect, myself with limitations, I spent money on Uber to go and come back and I was not served. I called today in the afternoon and to my surprise it was rescheduled for a month or so, that is, almost 3 months to go through only an expertise and God only knows when I will receive the help at the moment of more precision... Sad to see such an important public service being done in this way.
The question is, why do you have the option to make an appointment since it's not working, we pay all the time and at the only time we need it, there's no service.
