★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei e já estava tendo confusão na porta. Fiquei até receosa, mas o guarda me tratou muito bem, a recepcionista também e a perita foi um amor de pessoa. Senti confiança nos profissionais, recebi as respostas que precisava e até conselhos sobre o trabalho. Foi a melhor agência que fui até hoje (só fui em duas).
I arrived and was already having confusion at the door. I was even afraid, but the guard treated me very well, the receptionist too, and the expert was a lovely person. I felt confident in the professionals, I received the answers I needed and even advice about the work. It was the best agency I've been to today (I've only been to two).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho incorreto um idoso analfabeto entrar sozinho para resolver assuntos tão sério. Até hoje não sei o que aconteceu lá dentro. Meu pai não soube explicar. ? Poderiam rever essas regras. O COVID existe, sabemos. Mas bares e restaurantes estão abertos,qual a diferença o INSS permitir a entrada de um acompanhante?
I think it is incorrect for an illiterate elderly person to go in alone to resolve such serious matters. To this day I don't know what happened inside. My father could not explain. ? You could review these rules. COVID exists, we know. But bars and restaurants are open, what difference does the INSS allow the entry of a companion?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui varias vezes na Aps Fortaleza Sul, por isso sempre escolhi essa agencia, mas dessa última vez, a perita que nem.o nome.sei, foi tão desumana e insensível, para uma pessoa que tem depressão em altíssimo grau como eu acompanhado de outras doenças psiquiatricas, que realmente eu sai de la pior. Fiz a perícia ontem e era para sair ontem mesmo dia 18/02 até hj não saiu. Ela deve ter indeferido.
Ela nem se quer olhou pra mim e perguntou o que eu tinha como se costuma fazer, estou de licença ha 7 anos e sei como os perito fazem. Totalmente desumana. Realmente foi indeferido, liguei para o 135, a minha psiquiatra deu laudo e ela disse que eu tinha condições de trabalhar, bem o medico do trabalho me dar condições de voltar ao trabalho, realmente o INSS ,deveria rever seus conceitos em relação aos peritos, essa mulher realmente é DESUMANA e INSENSIVEL. Deus tenha misericórdia
P.S. A dia Perita que não sei o nome ainda colocou no meu pedido de auxílio doença indeferido que eu havia levado um atestado medico de 30/10/2020, quando na verdade levei um atestado de 03/02/2021. Pessoal muito cuidado ao fazer uma perícia médica, eu vivo dopada, agora com problem na minha visão, tomo par amenizar meu sofrimento, pq na verdade, a dor é a mesma. Essa médica me enterrou com a maneira de abordagem, eu ja estava ruim e piores depois de adentrar na sala dela. Espero e rogo a Deus Nunca mais tr que olhar pra casa dessa mulher, estou até hj 23/03/21 sem receber nada.ja entrei com recurso e tenho outra perícia pro dia 22/04/21. Nem meu emprego me paga nada nem o INSS. Mas Deus é fiel tenho vizinhos maravilhosos,familia daqui eu não posso contar. Boa sorte para vocês.
I went to Aps Fortaleza Sul several times, so I always chose this agency, but this last time, the expert that even the name. I know, was so inhuman and insensitive, for a person who has depression in the highest degree like me accompanied by other psychiatric illnesses, that I really came out of it worse. I did the forensics yesterday and was supposed to leave yesterday same day 02/18 until today it didn't come out. She must have dismissed it.
She didn't even look at me and asked what I had as usual, I have been on leave for 7 years and I know how the experts do it. Totally inhuman. It was really dismissed, I called 135, my psychiatrist gave a report and she said that I was able to work, and the doctor at work gave me the conditions to go back to work, really the INSS, I should review their concepts in relation to the experts, this woman really is INHUMAN and INSENSITIVE. God have mercy
P.S. A day expert who does not know the name still put in my request for sickness aid rejected that I had taken a medical certificate of 10/30/2020, when in fact I took a certificate of 2/3/2021. People very careful when doing a medical examination, I live doped up, now with a problem in my vision, I take it to alleviate my suffering, because in fact, the pain is the same. This doctor buried me with the approach, I was already bad and worse after entering her office. I hope and pray to God I will never again look at this woman's house, I am until today 03/23/21 without receiving anything. I filed an appeal and I have another expertise for 04/22/21. Neither my job pays me anything nor the INSS. But God is faithful, I have wonderful neighbors, family here I can’t count. Good luck to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem tinha sido marcado Pericia e compareci, e não tinha nenhum médico perito lá. A moça que atende nem o nome do gerente da unidade não forneceu. Disse que com as chuvas ontem em fortaleza tinha faltado energia e sistema ai os MEDICOS PERITOS TINHAM IDO EMBORA. Ao chegar lá tinha energia e sistema tanto que remarcaram rapidamente meu retorno para duas semanas após. Deixaram as luzes minimas para dar aquele aspecto de FECHADO , sabe como é? Um absurdo! Tem lá uns seguranças que ficam na porta e não se tem acesso livre... estranho... não são porteiros. Falta de respeito!

There are security guards at the door and there is no free access ... strange ... they are not porters. Lack of respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento, estava agendado para 7:30 , mais no dia em questão choveu muito,o trânsito estava lento e acabamos chegando com mais de 20 minutos de atraso, lembrando que somos do interior. Mais o guarda foi muito gentil pegou o CPF entrou lá ,contou o que havia acontecido e logo em seguida foi permitida a nossa entrada,o atendimento foi muito rápido,também apreciei o Médico Perito foi muito gentil com o meu filho. Parabéns a toda equipe pelo atendimento ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha noiva foi para uma pericia ai, quando chegou ao local informaram que estava sem internet, dai remarcaram para quase 3 meses depois. Isso é brincar com a pessoal, pois já é uma demora para conseguir uma pericia, dai quando chega lá eles remarcam para 3 meses depois. Quando a pessoa for já está melhor, e fica no prejuízo pois foi atrás de um auxilio doença.
