 Service with scheduling by phone or website. Attentive servers and the service time was very fast. Everything was resolved, although the agency is always very crowded.

I was well attended at the counter, but there is a long wait for assistance. In my case, more than 4 hours. Attendance does not obey the sequence of password numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro você enfrenta uma fila enorme para pegar uma senha, depois enfrenta outra fila maior para ser atendido, depois enfrenta outra fila maior ainda para remarcar uma perícia ou coisa assim.
Acho que é mais ou menos isso. :-/
First you face a long line to get a password, then you face another long line to be answered, then you face another long line to reschedule a skill or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei ir ao INSS Divinópolis 2 vezes este ano e em ambas as vezes fui muito bem atendida por todos, desde os guardas até os médicos peritos que foram muito educados. Nada a reclamar. Acredito que se quer ser bem atendido deve tratar as pessoas com respeito também.
I had to go to the INSS Divinópolis 2 times this year and both times I was very well attended by everyone from the guards to the expert doctors who were very polite. Nothing to complain about. I believe that if you want to be well attended you should treat people with respect as well.
