★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Total descaso!!! Ignoram completamente cidades que precisam do serviço. Pagamos impostos e o que temos em troca é descaso. Uma vergonha!!! Sem ter como definir a vergonha . Pessoas com crianças de colo, idosos e doentes. Nem lugar pra estacionar. Queria uma resposta , dessa vergonha e descaso total.... Quem responde???? Vergonha, vergonha, vergonha!!!!!
Very disappointing. Total disregard !!! They completely ignore cities that need the service. We pay taxes and what we have in return is negligence. A shame !!! Without having to define the shame. People with children of the neck, elderly and sick. No place to park. I wanted an answer, this shame and total disregard .... Who answers ???? Shame, shame, shame !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz 09 meses que eu tento resolver um problema, no INSS, sobre a minha aposentadoria, um problema simples, eu preciso apenas da segunda via do CTC (Comprovante do Tempo de Contribuição), já apresentei no INSS, uma cópia do referido documento, e os demas documentos necesarios, para a solução do meu problema, mas o INSS, adora fazer as pessoas andarem, e como sempre, também costumam dar massada, para solucionar problemas simples.
It's been 9 months since I tried to solve a problem, in the INSS, about my retirement, a simple problem, I just need the duplicate of the CTC (Proof of Contribution Time), I already presented in the INSS, a copy of the referred document, and too many necessary documents, for the solution of my problem, but the INSS, loves to make people walk, and as always, they also tend to give masses, to solve simple problems.

E apesar de na página da internet informar que o atendimento é até as 17 horas vc chega lá e tá fechado, o segurança vem e abre um palmo da porta para informar que atendimento ao público só até as 12horas. Ou seja, onde fica o direito do cidadão? Gostaria de tirar uma dúvida com um funcionário e não com o vigia. O pior é que esse funcionário que não lhe atende é o mesmo que em outras situações quer ser atendido pelas instituições públicas! " Parabéns funcionários do INSS"
Lousy service! Don't answer the phone! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, pior agência que existe em Recife, se tivesse nota 0 eu colocaria 0. Funcionários despreparados e mau educados, sempre dispostos a NÃO ajudar o beneficiário. A situação lá é feia, não recomendo a ninguém. Caberia uma denúncia ao Ministério Público.
Very bad, worst agency in Recife, if I had a score of 0 I would put 0. Unprepared and badly educated employees, always willing to NOT help the beneficiary. The situation there is ugly, I do not recommend it to anyone. It would be a complaint to the Public Prosecutor.
