★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Atendimento. Recomendo chegar antes com todos os documentos em mãos, (CTPS, CAGED e as guias e carnes previdenciários), colocando tudo em ordem cronologia para ganhar tempo e condições de alcançar um atendimento completo e aproveitando seu agendamento.
Excellent service. I recommend arriving beforehand with all documents in hand, (CTPS, CAGED and social security guides and meat), placing everything in chronological order to save time and conditions to reach a complete service and taking advantage of your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se consegue falar com ninguém na agencia, não sei pra que tem telefone, só o guarda atende e manda ligar no 135 que também não informa nada do seu processo.
You can not talk to anyone in the agency, I do not know what to have a phone, only the guard answers and has to call at 135 who also does not report anything about your case.

Quando ela chegou na agência, hoje, informaram que ela não poderia ser atendida porque o médico que a atenderia está de licença, mesmo havendo outros médicos na agência. Fizeram uma idosa deficiente rodar 100km de ida e mais 100 de volta no meio de uma pandemia a troco de nada. Quando ela for convocada novamente, a perícia for realizada e o auxílio acidente que ela está esperando for liberado volto aqui e mudo a avaliação.
They called my aunt yesterday scheduling an expertise. When she arrived at the agency today, she was informed that she could not be seen because the doctor who would be attending her is on leave, even though there are other doctors at the agency. They made a disabled elderly woman travel 100km one way and another 100 back in the middle of a pandemic for nothing. When she is summoned again, the investigation is carried out and the accident assistance she is waiting for is released. I will return here and change the assessment.
