★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda estou dando três estrelas pelo excelente atendimento do funcionário que atende pelo nome de Hélio, muito prestativo e atencioso no procedimento em questão. Porém o atendimento do gerente Marcelo deixa muito a desejar. Ele chamou uma senha 3 ou 4 vezes, como não houve nenhuma manifestação, ele automaticamente saiu de seu escritório aos berros, altamente estressado, gritando a seguinte pergunta "tem alguém cego ou surdo aqui?" Logo após retornou a entrar no escritório. Todos ali ficaram pasmos e/ou assustados com tal atitude. Ele esquece que ali tem pessoas humildes que muitas vezes acordam pela madrugada por morar distante da sede do município, e estão ali para serem atendidas e solucionarem suas causas almejando no mínimo serem recebidas com dignidade e respeito. Sem mais...

I am still giving three stars for the excellent attendance of the employee who goes by the name of Hélio, very helpful and attentive in the procedure in question. However the manager Marcelo's service leaves a lot to be desired. He called a password 3 or 4 times, as there was no rally, he automatically came out of his office screaming, highly stressed, shouting the following question "is there anyone blind or deaf here?" Shortly after he returned to enter the office. Everyone here was amazed and / or frightened by such an attitude. He forgets that there are humble people who often wake up at dawn because they live far from the county seat, and are there to be attended to and solve their causes, aiming at least to be received with dignity and respect.
