★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia ser melhor o atendimento, pois, tem funcionários que trabalham de má vontade, tem funcionárias que já deveriam estar aposentadas e ceder o lugar para jovens que estão começando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tive uma experiência bem chateadora no INSS, chegamos lá antes do horário marcado. Minha vó entrou e ficou aguardando, por causa da falta de atenção de uma das atendentes que colocou ela para outra doutora, ela não foi atendida. Acabou que a doutora que era para atender ela foi embora e a atendente ainda disse que minha vó tinha chegado 10:40, quando na verdade chegou 9:30 e foi direto falar com ela. Enfim, minha vó foi em uma condição de saúde bem ruim por sentir frequentemente dores na coluna, moramos bem distante de sobral, pagamos o frete de um carro onde minha vó não tem condições para estar dando viagens perdidas por falta de atenção.. todo mundo erra, mas saímos daqui de madrugada, tendo gastos, ficamos até 13:00 para a atendente dizer que "sem querer trocou a ficha dela", vamos rever bem essa questão porque hoje foi bem difícil para nós compreender isso. QUERIDOS ATENDENTES MAIS ATENÇÃO POR FAVOR!
Deixo meus parabéns e agradecimento aos rapazes que ficam lá fora acho que "guardas" são bem atenciosos, cuidadosos com as pessoas.

My grandmother came in and waited, because of the lack of attention from one of the attendants who put her to another doctor, she was not attended. It turned out that the doctor who was to attend her left and the attendant also said that my grandmother had arrived at 10:40, when in fact she arrived at 9:30 and went straight to talk to her. Anyway, my grandmother was in a very bad health condition because she often feels pain in her spine, we live a long way from sobral, we pay for the freight of a car where my grandmother is not able to be making lost trips due to lack of attention .. everyone misses, but we left here at dawn, having expenses, we stayed until 13:00 for the attendant to say that "she inadvertently changed her record", let's go over this question well because today it was very difficult for us to understand that.
