Educada, simpatica, muito competente e super eficiente, longe do perfil dos atendentes que encontramos em instituições publicas. Alem disso me surpreendeu a rapidez na resolução do meu problema. Pessoas trabalham com má-vontade, são pouco flexíveis e nada simpáticos. Certo que cheguei um pouco atrasado, pois o único horário disponível seria às 12h. Cheguei 12:20 e não pude ser atendido.
O INSS demorou 3 meses pra marcar e eu perdi em grande parte pelo meu atraso outra para a falta de consideração das pessoas. Quem precisar de algum serviço no posto, tome bastante cuidado com o horário.
Terrible attendance!
People work with ill will, are not very flexible and not very friendly. Certainly I arrived a little late, because the only time available would be at 12:00. I arrived at 12:20 and could not be attended.
The INSS took 3 months to score and I lost largely due to my delay, due to people's lack of consideration. Whoever needs some service at the gas station, be very careful with the schedule.

Senha na mao. Atendida por um segurança totalmente incapacitado para resolver o meu problema.
Me aposentei, e estou com a conta bloqueada.
Quem vai pagar as minhas contas?
Porque foi bloqueada?
Ninguém para informar.
O segurança sabe?
Fez concurso para tal?
Onde procurar?
Nao presiso fazer prova de vida,tenho 61 anos e estava la.

There is no service. Security are hired to serve retirees.
Password in hand. Attended by a security guard totally unable to solve my problem.
I retired, and my account is blocked.

Why was it blocked?
No one to inform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui fala que abre as 7h, porém está abrindo 8h! O segurança não deixou eu ficar esperando lá dentro! Tive que ficar esperando em pé na rua! Adentrando, não conseguiram atualizar meu cadastro pois a atendente no 135 deu como “resolvido”! Tive que voltar pra casa, aguardar mais um tempo (não foi falado o quanto) para ligar novamente para o 135 para poder agendar novamente para ser atendida na agência novamente!
Here it says it opens at 7 am, but it's opening at 8 pm! Security didn't let me wait inside! I had to wait on the street! Entering, they could not update my registration because the attendant on 135 gave it as "solved"! I had to go back home, wait a little longer (how long it wasn't said) to call 135 again so I could schedule again to be seen at the agency again!
