Eu encomendei esta empresa do exterior para instalar um sistema de ar condicionado para mim. Reage muito rapidamente, até agora ótimo. Vou relatar a aceitação para nós após a instalação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei visita para manutenção de meu ar condicionado, o pessoal veio, fez a limpeza e colocou gás.
No mesmo dia quando fui usar a evaporadora do quarto começou a pingar muita água.
Chamei novamente o responsável que só esteve 4 dias após o chamado, abriu o aparelho, jogou uma garrafa de água, disse tá vendo não vaza, pedi pra ele esperar um pouco o aparelho começou a pingar.
A resposta dele foi "eu não posso fazer mais nada".
Não resolveu meu problema.
Tive que contratar outra empresa de manutenção.
Hoje está funcionando perfeitamente.
I scheduled a visit for the maintenance of my air conditioning, the staff came, cleaned it and put the gas on.
On the same day when I went to use the room evaporator it started to drip a lot of water.
I called the person in charge again, who was only there for 4 days after the call, opened the device, threw a bottle of water, said he sees it, it doesn't leak, I asked him to wait a while the device started to drip.
His response was "I can't do anything else".
It didn't solve my problem.
I had to hire another maintenance company.
Today it is working perfectly.
