O produto deu problema , um desviador Ducha Lorenzetti e não obtive a ajuda necessária. Resolvi por outro prestador .
In the first purchase I was well attended, in the second the sale and the service, the installation was good.
The product was a problem, a Ducha Lorenzetti diverter and I didn't get the help I needed. I solved it by another provider.

Informei modelo do aquecedor a gás e fui informada de que como é um modelo antigo e, dependendo da peça, seria difícil de ser encontrada, caso fosse necessário fazer alguma troca, mesmo assim marcamos a visita técnica para a quinta-feira pois confiei que a empresa teria peças disponíveis, já que não foi me dito nada do contrário.
No dia da visita me informam que o técnico viu que não tinha peças disponíveis e por isso atendimento foi cancelado.
Falta de respeito com o cliente. Poderiam ter verificado a disponibilidade e avisado com antecedência. Absurdo!!
Não recomendo.
On Monday I called the company. I informed the model of the gas heater and I was informed that as it is an old model and, depending on the part, it would be difficult to be found, in case it was necessary to make an exchange, even so we scheduled the technical visit for Thursday because I trusted that the company would have parts available, since I was not told otherwise.
On the day of the visit, they inform me that the technician saw that there were no parts available and that was why the service was canceled.
Lack of respect for the customer. They could have checked availability and notified in advance. Absurd!!
I do not recommend.

A empresa foi chamada, agendaram pra mais de 10 dias depois, não satisfeitos enviaram mensagem reagendando o atendimento para ainda mais três dias. Finalmente vieram, não conseguiram descobrir o problema, não dão satisfação alguma, só respondem as minhas mensagens quando eu pressiono, na maioria das vezes preciso ligar para ter uma posição, e até agora tudo o que eu tenho é que estão aguardando resposta do fabricante. Prioridade zero!!!! Descaso total. Alguém tem alguma dúvida de que estão dando preferência para novas aquisições e instalações?
Eu, nenhuma, pois hoje mesmo fiz o teste e eles tem vaga para novas instalações. Lamentável!!!!!!
Hoje decidi que não vou mais aguardá-los e irei comprar um novo aquecedor, obviamente com uma outra empresa que provavelmente deva ser tão ruim quanto eles. Porque é isso que eles fazem.

Today I decided that I will no longer wait for them and I will buy a new heater, obviously with another company that probably must be as bad as they are. Because that is what they do.
