★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a instalação de um engate de carretinha no meu veículo nesse estabelecimento, paguei o valor do serviço completo, não me deram nota nem recibo do serviço, no dia seguinte descobri que não fizeram a parpaerte elétrica da instalação, entrei em contato com o local e falei com o Sr Jose Carlos que me tratou muito mal, dizendo palavras de baixo calão e mandando que eu procurasse o juizado especial federal. Se negaram a dar a nota e garantia do serviço. Eles não cumprem com o CDC.
I installed a reel hitch on my vehicle at this establishment, paid the full service fee, did not give me a note or receipt for the service, the next day I discovered that they did not make the electrical parpaerte of the facility, I contacted the location and I spoke to Mr Jose Carlos who treated me very badly, saying profanity and telling me to go to the federal special court. They refused to give the grade and guarantee of the service. They do not comply with the CDC.
