Os funcionários não sabem informar qual app o cliente vai baixar e como acessar para rastrear o veículo. Como o funcionário me disse: "Nós só instalamos."
Location for installing vehicle trackers. It's not a pretty, comfortable place for the waiting customer, but installation is quick. Employees do not know which app the customer will download and how to access it to track the vehicle. As the clerk told me, "We just installed it."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar estranho, sujo, tudo velho. O serviço de instalação do rastreador foi até rápido, levou 30 minutos, agora o local onde esperamos o serviço, na sala de espera era horroroso. Pena que não tirei foto para verem. Sofás todos rasgados, cafeteira suja, banheiros horrorosos, a lixeira imunda,...surreal. Acho que deveriam valorizar mais esse espaço até pq 99% dos clientes que aguardam o serviço, ficam lá, então nada mais justo do que investirem ali.
Strange place, dirty, everything old. The tracker installation service was fast, it took 30 minutes, now the place where we wait for the service, in the waiting room, was horrible. Too bad I didn't take a picture for you to see. Sofas all torn up, dirty coffee maker, horrible bathrooms, the filthy trash can,...surreal. I think they should value this space more, because 99% of the customers who are waiting for the service stay there, so there is nothing fairer than investing there.
