Com serviços de atendimento em parceria com assistência social, e o Centro de Referência de Assistência Social - Grimaldi, como: CCA (centro para criança e adolescente), CEDESP (centro de desenvolvimento social e produtivo para jovens e adultos de 15 a 59 anos), Centro Dia para idosos a partir de 59 anos e a Creche conveniada com a prefeitura de São Paulo e o Ministério da Educação! Fora outros serviços localizados em outras ruas porém administrados pela instituição! Lá também tem o movimento de moradia, o AA (alcoólicos anônimos) e a igreja católica, estes são movimentos da Comunidade e moradores próximos.
