Tem gatinhos no local que deixa o ambiente tranquilo.
As salas são arejadas, bem iluminadas, cheirosas, tem lencinhos se precisar chorar...rs.
O espaço é muito limpo, móveis são confortáveis e estão em ótima conservação.
Pontos a melhorar: para sair da clínica é preciso apertar um interruptor escondido e não tem placa sinalizando.
Na minha quarta visita soube que o responsável por abrir o portão é o profissional que atendeu. Oi?
A recepcionista foi impaciente para explicar, se exaltou pq não entendi que era o psicólogo deveria abrir e sugeri que houvesse uma placa depois de 10 min esperando para sair e disse que ia falar com quem me atendeu e pediu o nome, eu não dei pq não vou expor ninguém.
Muito feio culpar o outro, pede desculpa, orienta e depois resolve internamente como melhorar esse aspecto.
Acredito que deva ser uma boa prática da clínica o profissional abrir a porta para que o paciente seja bem tratado do começo ao fim, mas não precisa ser uma obrigação eu tenho mãos e posso abrir sozinha também.

The receptionist was impatient to explain, got excited because I didn't understand that the psychologist should open it and I suggested that there be a sign after 10 minutes waiting to leave and said I would talk to the person who attended me and asked for the name, I didn't give it, why not I will expose anyone.
Very ugly to blame the other, apologize, guide and then internally resolve how to improve this aspect.
I believe that it should be a good practice in the clinic for the professional to open the door so that the patient is treated well from beginning to end, but it doesn't have to be an obligation, I have hands and I can open it alone too.
