Muito desorganizado e atendentes desinteressadas, horrível se pudesse dava 0 estrelas.
I am disabled with 29 titanium pins in the spine, they always make me wait more than 3 hours for care and my back pains get worse.
Very disorganized and disinterested attendants, horrible if you could would give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, espera nem se fala, chegando de 11:00 e as 14:00 ainda não houve atendimento. Para quem não tem o que fazer ótimo, caso contrário é melhor ta indo ao SUS, não há diferença.
Bad service, no waiting, arriving at 11:00 and 14:00 there was still no service. For those who don't have what to do, great, otherwise it's better to go to SUS, there's no difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento. Saí de Recife PE para fazer uma infusão no Instituto Vida no dia 01.07.2021. Fiquei impressionado com a limpesa e higiêne do local. O tratamento por parte dos profissionais é incrivelmente humanizado. Quero deixar meu agradecimento a todos, mas em especial a Sra. Geovâna que me ajudou muito para que pudesse fazer a infusão do medicamento biológico (infliximabe).
Excellent service. I left Recife PE to make an infusion at Instituto Vida on 01.07.2021. I was impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene of the place. Treatment by professionals is incredibly humanized. I want to thank everyone, but especially Ms. Geovâna who helped me a lot so that I could infuse the biological medicine (infliximab).
