★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO. demora no atendimento por telefone. Mofa-se na sala de espera. Estacionamento que nao cabe nem 6 carros e vc ainda precisa ficar tirando o carro toda hora. Enrolaçao pra fazer e entregar lentes de contato. Um absurdo o desrespeito desse hospital.
TERRIBLE. delay in answering by phone. You mold yourself in the waiting room. Parking that doesn't even fit 6 cars and you still need to keep taking the car out all the time. Wrapping to make and deliver contact lenses. It is absurd to disrespect this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal é atencioso e competente. Só não vá com pressa. Achei uma falta de respeito com o tempo do outro. Na minha primeira consulta cheguei as 14:00 e sai as 17:30. Na segunda vez fiquei esperando mais de uma hora só para o médico conferir a lente. Eles marcam pra muita gente no mesmo horário. Fica um entra e sai no consultório que nesse tempo de pandemia devia ser até proibido. Minha consulta foi com o doutor Gilberto Boechat.
Staff is attentive and competent. Just don't go in a hurry. I found a lack of respect for the other's time. In my first appointment I arrived at 14:00 and left at 17:30. The second time I waited over an hour just for the doctor to check the lens. They schedule for a lot of people at the same time. There is one in and out of the office, which in this time of pandemic should even be prohibited. My appointment was with Dr. Gilberto Boechat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço tratamento No instituto dos olhos a mais de uma ano, com Dr clenio excelente medico, porem começei a ter perda de visão e Neurologista pediu pra Ressonância envie pelo atendimento pelo whast, abrir entrei em contato para reclamar da demora para autorização que era URGENTE e fui informada que so apos 5 dias deram entrada na minha guia, e solicitaram que aguardasse ate 20 dias, quem esta perdendo a visao pode fica esperando, mais pra fazer no particular liguei hoje e ja tem vaga pra fazer agora dia 13/10 , esse é o nosso Brasil!
I have been undergoing treatment at the eye institute for over a year, with Dr Clenio, an excellent doctor, but I started to have vision loss and a Neurologist asked the Resonance to send it through the whast, open I contacted to complain about the delay for authorization that was URGENT and I was informed that only after 5 days they entered my guide, and they asked me to wait up to 20 days, whoever is losing their vision can wait, more to do in private I called today and already have a vacancy to do now on 10/13, this is our Brazil!
