★ ★ ★ ★ ★ os médicos são ótimos, mas as secretárias e o atendimento, nota 0, inclusive nem precisa tentar ligar, pois quando não atendem o telefone, tiram do gancho e você tem que sair dos extremos da cidade pra simplesmente marcar uma consulta, e se a secretária do medico faltar, você perdeu a viagem, pois a outra não marca

Porém a coisa mais difícil é falar na recepção, tiram o telefone do gancho, rejeitam a chamada pelo WhatsApp e quando respondem não termina de concluir o atendimento pelo WhatsApp.
5 horas tentando marcar uma consulta.

After 1 month trying to talk on the phone and just getting busy, I decided to go to the office to make an appointment. The secretary was very rude and arrogant. Service grade 0!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do Dr.Matheus ele é educado e atencioso. Infelizmente atendimento das secretárias são péssimas, não atende o telefone e isso quando não desligam ou ignora as ligações,deixam chamando, uma falta de respeito,ninguem fica ligando atoa.
I really like Dr. Matheus he is polite and considerate. Unfortunately, the secretaries' attendance is terrible, they don't answer the phone and that when they don't hang up or ignore the calls, they leave calling, a lack of respect, no one is calling for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tem como avaliar em 0 estrelas. O doutor Ricardo Sacramento foi extremamente arrogante e mal-apessoado quando precisei pedir uma informação. Com toda certeza o pior médico que ja passei. Já conheceram alguém que se importa mais com dinheiro que o bem estar de um paciente?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Tudo péssimo.... Dar remédio pra uma criança dormir pra fazer o eletro e depois simplesmente falar que não pode fazer o exame porque a criança não dormiu, um absurdo, não volto mais aí. Detalhe que cheguei na clínica antes mesmo de abrir.
Terrible attendance. Everything is terrible.... Giving a child medicine to sleep to do the electro and then simply saying that you can't do the exam because the child hasn't slept, absurd, I won't come back there anymore. Detail that I arrived at the clinic before it even opened.
