Francisco Júnior e toda a equipe desde a recepção com a Bianca e o Fábio e as enfermeiras não tenho o que falar, excelente tratamento por parte de todos, inclusive meu marido se curou e eles ligaram para a consulta de verificação de rotina, dificilmente fazem isso hoje em dia e eles fazem, este é o diferencial do IOHN!
My husband had a cancer and thank goodness he was dealt with. Francisco Junior and all the staff since the reception with Bianca and Fábio and the nurses I have nothing to talk about, excellent treatment by everyone, including my husband healed and they called the routine checkup, they hardly do this nowadays and they do, this is the differential of the IOHN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no Instituto para a consulta marcada de minha filha, hoje dia 27.06.2019, mas não fomos atendidas porque o médico se recusou a fornecer o recibo da consulta, mesmo tendo informado a ele que esta prática é ilegal.
I was at the Institute for my daughter's appointment on 27.06.2019, but we were not met because the doctor refused to provide the receipt for the consultation even though she informed him that this practice is illegal.

Porém, se prepare para um longo chá de cadeira para ser atendido pelo médico (mais do que o normal de clínicas movimentadas). A rede de wifi que eles dizem ter disponível para os clientes, não funciona.
Dr. Henrique Fonseca é um ótimo médico, experiente, atencioso, simpático e profissional, porém, suas consultas são "agoniadas", por ele ser tão objetivo, a sensação que fica é que ele quer se livrar logo do paciente. Minhas duas consultas com ele, foram assim. O ambiente é limpo e organizado.
The attendants are friendly.
However, get ready for a long chair tea to be seen by the doctor (more than usual in busy clinics). The wifi network they say is available to customers does not work.
Dr. Henrique Fonseca is a great doctor, experienced, attentive, friendly and professional, however, his consultations are "agonized", because he is so objective, the feeling is that he wants to get rid of the patient soon. My two consultations with him went like this. The environment is clean and organized.
