Temos inúmeras reclamações dos atendimentos nas repartições públicas de todas as esferas, mas nessa repartição, fui extremamente muito, mais muito bem atendido. Atendimento adequado, com presteza, com coerência, além de orientações necessárias para o que fui realizar lá. Não poderia deixar de registrar esse momento "histórico" das repartições públicas. O atendente, infelizmente o nome não me vem na memória (da sessão de aposentadoria), foi muito competente e minucioso n acoleta das documentações e nas orientações. Parabéns!!! Continue assim o IPM, dando exemplo aos demais espaços de atendimento público.
Well then! Today, January 15, 2019, I went to the IPM. We have numerous complaints about services in public offices of all spheres, but in this department, I was extremely, very, very well attended. Adequate care, with promptness, with consistency, in addition to the necessary guidance for what I went to do there. I could not fail to register this "historic" moment of public offices. The attendant, unfortunately the name doesn't come to my mind (from the retirement session), was very competent and meticulous in collecting documentation and guidance. Congratulations!!! The IPM continues this way, setting an example for other public service spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida, quando preciso ir la com meu esposo que é aposentado. mais nesses tempos de pandemia é muito complicado resolver alguma coisa, deixa um pouco a desejar.
I have always been well attended when I need to go there with my retired husband. but in these pandemic times it is very complicated to solve something, it leaves a little to be desired.
