 Simply the action and reaction institute changed my life, I was not a boy as I am today I was very tough so I joined the institute and everything changed everyone there are amazing I thank you all especially our sensei !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação ao esporte só tenho a agradecer pelo ensino, pela disciplina que o esporte trouxe ao meu filho. Ele adora o judô, esporte que o acolheu com muto carinho. Meu filho é muito tímido, tinha dificuldades de interagir e o judô deu a ele a oportunidade de criar laços afetivos, determinação, segurança, incentivo e disciplina. Agradeço ao Sanssei Nicolas por todo o empenho e carinho dado a todas as crianças do judô Sapiranga. Espero que retorne o mais breve ☺️
With regard to sport, I can only be grateful for the teaching, for the discipline that sport brought to my son. He loves judo, a sport that welcomed him with great affection. My son is very shy, he had difficulties interacting and judo gave him the opportunity to create emotional bonds, determination, security, encouragement and discipline. Minha satisfação de pertencer a o instituto Ação e Reação e tudo de bom pra mim.eu ja pratiquei capoeira,kug fu e mai thai e estes tipos de lutas não mim satisfazia pq eu ficava muito agressivo com os outros. (arrogância total ).quando eu entrei no judô tudo mudou minha mentalidade se transformou passei a respeitar as pessoas. Só tenho que agradecer o instituto Ação e Reação por tudo . Praticar judo e tudo de bom pra mim. (Ingressei no judô em 2008 a te oje e adoro este estilo de luta ❤✌?)!!
Come on my name is Daniel de Moura. My satisfaction of belonging to the Action and Reaction institute and all the best for me. I already practiced capoeira, kug fu and mai thai and these types of fights did not satisfy me because I was very aggressive towards others. (total arrogance) .when I started in judo everything changed my mentality became I started to respect people. I just have to thank the Instituto Ação e Reação for everything. Practicing judo and all the best for me. (I joined judo in 2008 to hear you and I love this style of fighting ❤✌?) !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência com o judô no meu cotidiano e q sempre devemos respeita os mais velhos , ser educado e te disciplina acima de tudo , minha mãe disse q ser educação e disciplina não chegaríamos a nenhum lugar ,pois o mundo e um jogo , e se vc não saber jogar vc acaba se perdendo , então quero ser um jogador , pra ajuda a minha mãe e minha vó e minha irmã! My experience with judo in my daily life and I must always respect my elders, be polite and discipline you above all, my mother said that being education and discipline we would not get anywhere, because the world is a game, and if u not knowing how to play you end up getting lost, so I want to be a player, to help my mom and my grandma and my sister!
