A busca constante por ser sempre melhor do que ontem, a busca constante por mais conhecimento, a atenção aos detalhes, entre outras coisas, contagiam a todos que fazem parte da empresa. Foi gratificante fazer parte do projeto e ver cada sorriso dos alunos que aproveitaram a oportunidade e foram em busca de conhecimento e de agregar novas experiências.
A sensação é de estar em meio a uma segunda família! Além de todo o profissionalismo de toda a equipe, o cuidado com as pessoas (funcionários, clientes, etc) é de aquecer o coração. Amei fazer parte disso tudo!
I had an excellent experience being part of Instituto Avanza.
The constant search for always being better than yesterday, the constant search for more knowledge, the attention to details, among other things, infect everyone who is part of the company. It was gratifying to be part of the project and to see every smile of the students who took the opportunity and went in search of knowledge and to add new experiences.
It feels like being in the middle of a second family! In addition to all the professionalism of the entire team, caring for people (employees, customers, etc.) is heart-warming. I loved being part of it all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instituto Avanza inesquecível em minha vida!! Estava em um momento depressivo no qual eu não conseguia enxergar, e quando entrei para ser uma Avanzeira tudo mudou, o convívio com os alunos, com os responsáveis, com os professores me fez enxergar o quanto temos a oferecer e aprender.
Instituto Avanza, me mostrou a importância e o que de fato é trabalho em equipe com todo suporte necessário mesmo estando longe.
Levo comigo amizades verdadeiras, sempre me deparando com alunos que aproveitaram a oportunidade e transformaram suas vidas.

Avanza Institute unforgettable in my life !! I was in a depressive moment when I could not see, and when I joined to be an Avanzeira everything changed, the interaction with the students, with those responsible, with the teachers made me see how much we have to offer and learn.
Instituto Avanza, showed me the importance and what in fact is teamwork with all the necessary support even though it is far away.
I take true friendships with me, always encountering students who took the opportunity and transformed their lives.
