★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou cliente do Beleza Natual há 20, mas a unidade do município de Itaboraí o atendimento é péssimo, a profissional não gosto porque falei com queira o meu relaxamento e falou se quiser poderia fazer queixa com a gerente, no penteado à outra profissional não tirou o excesso de água no cabelo e colocou o creme de pentear. Infelizmente foi constrangedor o atendimento em Itaboraí.
I've been a Beauty Natual customer for 20 years, but at the Itaboraí municipal unit, the service is terrible, the professional doesn't like it because I talked to her, want me to relax and she said, if she wanted, she could complain to the manager, in the hairstyle, the other professional didn't take it the excess water in the hair and put the styling cream. Unfortunately, the service in Itaboraí was embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim em uma unidade.Levei a minha filha de 10 anos para fazer o relaxamento uma criança com o cabelo crespo, o mesmo tipo de cabelo que o beleza natural diz ser especializado, mas pasmem. As meninas da divisão simplesmente não não pegaram o cabelo da minha filha para pentear e dividir. Disseram para eu pentear e passavam todas as pessoas na minha frentea minha filha já estava aos prantos. Atendimento péssimo! Este lixo de unidade deveria fechar as portas. Se eu precisar fazer todo o trabalho, faço em casa. Não volto nunca mais e espero que feche logo pra não fazer outras pessoas passar por isso.
I have never had such a bad experience in a facility. I took my 10 year old daughter to relax a child with curly hair, the same type of hair that the beauty claims to be specialized, but what a wonder. The girls in the division just didn't get my daughter's hair to comb and share. They told me to comb my hair and everyone passed in front of me, my daughter was already in tears. Terrible service! This drive trash should close the doors. If I need to do all the work, I do it at home. I'm never coming back and I hope it closes soon so I don't make other people go through this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha esposa no beleza natural de itaborai o atendimento é horrível não tem organização, não sabem nem oq vai fazer na próxima etapa.as mulheres q dizem ser proficionais não tem nem um pingo de educação nem bom dia dão para os clientes muito despreoaradas e mau umoradas....não gostei de nada todas funcionárias tem q voltar para uma sala de aula e refazer seus cursos novamente e aprender a tratar os outros
I took my wife to the natural beauty of itaborai the service is horrible there is no organization, they don't even know what to do in the next step. women who say they are professional don't have an ounce of politeness or good morning they give customers very careless and bad umoradas....I didn't like anything all employees have to go back to a classroom and retake their courses again and learn to treat others
