★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui lá duas vezes e gostei muito do resultado. Porém, o estabelecimento está muito desorganizado. O cliente fica perdido, sem saber quando é a sua vez. Os funcionários da triagem se escondem para não atender. Esperei 3 horas para cortar o cabelo e fazer uma umectação. Haja paciência.
 I've been there twice and really liked the result. However, the establishment is very disorganized. The customer is lost, not knowing when it's his turn. The triage workers hide so as not to answer. I waited 3 hours to cut my hair and do a wetting. Be patient.

Tive uma experiência muito negativa no beleza natural Liberdade Salvador. Comparecer ao local como minha mãe minha irmã nós três somos prioridade, eu por estar com minha bebê de seis meses e amamentando minha irmã com bebê também minha mãe por ser uma idosa.
Depois de 2 horas a esperar as funcionária chama por senha quando eu fui até a ela falei que eu era prioridade para ela me atender ,ela olhou para mim falou que eu tinha que esperar a minha senha pois o Instituto Beleza Natural não trabalha com prioridade!!!! infelizmente é assim!! eu cheguei para ela falei que o fiscal que me entregou a minha senha deixou bem claro que eu era prioridade que eu poderia chegar até a ela informar para que eu não
esperasse uma senha de 906.
Virei minhas costas elas começou a fofocar uma com a outra o verdadeiro rádio patroa entre as colegas me intimidando com olhares negativo.
Simplesmente porque eu falei que eu era prioridade.
Em seguida uma dessas meninas foi chamou outra colega me apontou começaram me intimidar mais uma vez e depois aconteceu isso novamente me senti muito constrangida com os olhares negativo das funcionários em cima de mim procurei a gerente

Espero ter resolvido para que isso não aconteça com mais ninguém.
Poor service employee'
I had a very negative experience at the natural beauty Liberdade Salvador. Attending the place as my mother my sister the three of us are priority, me for being with my six month old baby and breastfeeding my sister with a baby also my mother for being an elderly woman.
After 2 hours waiting for the employee to call for a password when I went to her I said that I was a priority for her to attend me, she looked at me and said that I had to wait for my password because the Natural Beauty Institute does not work with priority! !!! unfortunately it's like that!! I came to her and said that the inspector who gave me my password made it very clear that I was a priority and I could reach her until she informed me so I didn't
expect a password of 906.
I turned my back they started to gossip with each other the real radio boss among her colleagues intimidating me with negative looks.
Simply because I said I was a priority.
Then one of these girls was called another colleague, pointed me, they started to intimidate me again and then it happened again I felt very embarrassed by the negative looks of the employees on me I looked for the manager
Jacqueline very politely informed what had happened.
I hope I have resolved that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no Beleza Natural do largo do tanque a duas semanas atrás, e fui Mal atendida pela mulher que se diz cuidar de cabelo, foi muito iguinorante com migo, mandando eu ficar com a cabeça quieta e ainda chegou me gritar eu não tenho culpa,. Dela estar passando por alguma coisa, por que foi a primeira vez que eu estive aí, e encontrei a mulher com a cara de bicho, pra pegar na minha cabeça, a pessoa sai de Camaçari pra dar prioridade ao beleza natural e é distratada, pela mulher que relachou o meu cabelo, ela foi tão pessicima que alisou o meu cabelo, sendo que eu queria soltar só os cachos atendimento péssimo dela,.. mais no meio de péssima profissional tem outra super profissional, teve uma moça que eu esquecir o nome só sei que ela tem o cabelo curto e é morena. ela já tinha tirado a farda dela, viu que eu não estava sabendo arrumar o meu cabelo, ela veio até a mim, e ajeitou o meu cabelo com toda dedicação, e passiencia, essa sim! é uma profissional que queremos! ser atendida...
