★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da forma como fui tratada no dia 15/02/ 2020 mesmo ligando para marcar horário com a Manicure que costumo fazer a unha como a mesma se encontra de licença por motivos de saúde fui direcionada para outra "profissional ". Ao chegar ao salão a mesma (rose) foi antipática e descortes se recusando a fazer o trabalho alegando que tinha outra cliente sendo que estou aqui sentada já a meia hora e a mesma está sem cliente nenhuma mexendo no celular como se eu estivesse implorando para que ela faça minha Unha. Acho que ela não sabe que são João de Meriti está cheio de salões e bons profissionais. Não fosse pela ilma creio que esse salão já teria fechado as portas. Deixo aqui registrada a minha indignação.  I didn't like the way I was treated on 02/15/20 even calling to make an appointment with the Manicure that I usually do the nail as she is on leave for health reasons I was directed to another "professional". Upon arriving at the salon, the same (rose) was unfriendly and courteous, refusing to do the job claiming that she had another client, and I have been sitting here for half an hour and she has no client touching her cell phone as if I were begging her to she do my fingernail. I don't think she knows that São João de Meriti is full of salons and good professionals. Had it not been for ilma, I believe that this hall would have already closed its doors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho da manicure renata, estive lá a primeira vez para fazer um procedimento e gostei aí voltando pela segunda vez querendo realizar o msm e ela faz outro procedimento que mto mal durou 3 dias na unha e paguei caro pra isso, e foi falado com ela , ela simplesmente colocou várias desculpas dizendo que não foi o msm procedimento e dizendo que minha unha estava fraca sendo que o procedimento era justamente pra isso não faz sentindo durar 3 dias pra fazer algo que racha sua unha pagando caro! Simplesmente era pra ser feito o banho de gel e ela só fez o de brilho. Paguei caro pra sair da unha desse jeito!!!!
Terrible work by the manicure renata, I was there the first time to do a procedure and I liked it there, coming back for the second time wanting to do the same and she does another procedure that barely lasted 3 days on the nail and I paid dearly for it, and it was talked to her , she simply made several excuses saying that it wasn't the same procedure and saying that my nail was weak and the procedure was precisely for that it doesn't make sense to take 3 days to do something that cracks your nail paying dearly! It was simply supposed to be the gel bath and she only did the shine. I paid dearly to get out of the nail like this!!!!
