★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei. Avisei mil vezes que meu cabelo tem dois tipos de cacho e o que eu queria era atenuar a diferença pq qd ele cresce ele perde o corte e fica mt diferente. Ai vcs pegam cortam de forma a AUMENTAR a diferença e depois que termina e vê que ficou dois níveis completamente diferentes de cabelo, fala: "vc tem dois tipos de cachos" (eu sei! Falei pelo menos três vezes!!), "VÊ AÍ COMO VAI FICAR QUANDO SECAR" (Nossa, que profissionalismo). Chego em casa O TRECO TA CADA UM COM UM TAMANHO, tive que ajeitar pra eu poder PELO MENOS DISFARÇAR, pq sair que nem Chitãozinho e Xororó não da!!
Senti zero experiência em tratar de cacheado natural e zero ouvido pra ouvir o que a cliente fala. E pra completar, entopem o cabelo das pessoas de creme, não sei em que Era vocês vivem. Não recomendo e passo longe. Meu cabelo voltou ao tamanho da época do BC desnecessariamente. Anos cultivando o crescimento dele, pra isso.
 Did not like. I told you a thousand times that my hair has two types of curl and what I wanted was to mitigate the difference because when it grows it loses the cut and is very different. Then you get cut in order to INCREASE the difference and after you finish and see that there are two completely different levels of hair, say: "you have two types of curls" (I know! I said it at least three times!!), "SEE THAT'S HOW IT WILL BE WHEN DRY" (Wow, what professionalism). I get home THE STRETCH EACH ONE WITH A SIZE, I had to adjust it so I could AT LEAST DISGUISE, because I can't come out like Chitãozinho and Xororó can't!!
I felt zero experience in dealing with natural curls and zero ear to hear what the client says. And to top it off, they clog people's hair with cream, I don't know which Age you live in. I don't recommend it and I go far. My hair has gone back to BC size unnecessarily. Years of cultivating his growth, for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, muito bom! O único motivo de eu não dar 5 estrelas é que estava marcada paras as 13h e só fui atendida 2h depois e não sabia dessa demora pois era minha primeira vez e tinha um compromisso nesse dia....

Cheguei com ele totalmente poroso, sem forma, sem definição, muito chateada pq não queria cortar meus cachos, não queria passar pela experiência de novamente cortarem meu cabelo todo. O Instituto Cachear cumpre o que promete, porque estou tão feliz com os meus cachos, e sem química nenhuma. Amando o resultado! Já estou divulgando pra todo mundo, porque é realmente perfeito esse salão.
I'm baffled so far by the result. I had a hydration that changed the life of my hair. I arrived with it totally porous, without shape, without definition, very upset because I didn't want to cut my curls, I didn't want to go through the experience of cutting my hair all over again. Instituto Cachear delivers what it promises, because I'm so happy with my curls, and without any chemistry. Loving the result! I'm already promoting it to everyone, because this salon is really perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento das meninas é ótimo, o local é incrível, bem organizado e aconchegante.
Tive apenas um probleminha de organização da equipe, o que passou a impressão de que não se organizaram para nos atender (eu e mais 2 clientes que estávamos lá), pois toda hora alguém tinha que chamar alguém pra fazer o nosso cabelo, já que não é uma pessoa só no processo todo.
A hidratação é boa, mas acho que é a finalização que dá a maior diferença. Recomendo.
The service from the girls is great, the place is amazing, well organized and cozy.
I just had a little problem with the organization of the team, which gave the impression that they didn't organize themselves to serve us (me and 2 other clients who were there), because all the time someone had to call someone to do our hair, since we didn't It's just one person in the whole process.
Hydration is good, but I think it's the finishing that makes the biggest difference. I recommend.

Além da demora no atendimento, eu pedi para cortar pouco, pois estava na fase de transição e seria difícil me acostumar, mas cortaram bastante. Quando fiz a avaliação a moça me disse que iria agendar para hidratar, cortar e finalizar com difusor, quando cheguei lá no sábado disseram que não faziam difusor! ??♀️ Tinha um compromisso no dia e além da dificuldade de adaptação com o corte, tive que sair com cabelo molhado (coisa que detesto) em um dia frio.
