A médica manda marcar das 13h as 17h, por ordem de chegada, mas ela só chega as 15h, para a partir daí iniciar os atendimentos, ou seja, acha que todo mundo é desoculpado. Cheguei as 13:30 e já tinham 18 pessoas na minha frente ?. Saí de imediato, pois imaginem só como seria o entendimento dessa médica. Falta de respeito, de organização e de vergonha?.

The doctor sends an appointment from 1 pm to 5 pm, in order of arrival, but she only arrives at 3 pm, to start the appointments from there, that is, she thinks that everyone is unburdened. I arrived at 13:30 and there were already 18 people in front of me ?. I left immediately, because just imagine what this doctor's understanding would be like. Lack of respect, organization and shame?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! A começar pela marcação. Fiquei quase dez minutos p marcar uns exames e simplesmente ninguém atende o telefone, não sei porque tem telefone lá, se ninguém atende.
Terrible! Starting with marking. I spent almost ten minutes to schedule some exams and simply nobody answers the phone, I don't know why there is a phone there, if nobody answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, os médicos chegam a hora que querem, pensam que as pessoas são desocupadas, já cheguei e saí sem ser atendida pq excedeu muito da hora marcada. Falta de profissionalismo dos médicos e da equipe que organiza. Não volto mais e não recomendo a ninguém que me pergunta. Soube que continua péssimo. Só coloquei uma estrela pq é preciso para postar a valiação.
Very bad, the doctors come when they want, they think that people are unoccupied, I already arrived and left without being seen because it exceeded the scheduled time. Lack of professionalism on the part of the doctors and the team they organize. I'm not coming back and I don't recommend it to anyone who asks me. I hear you're still awful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que precisei de consultas ou exames fui bem atendida. As recepcionistas (tanto as do telefone quanto as presenciais) são educadíssimas, atenciosas e bem preparadas. Consegui fazer diversos exames pelo meu plano de saúde. Além disso, as consultas foram marcadas para datas próximas (ao contrário de outros locais que só tinham data para o mês seguinte). O local merece nota 10 em tudo, não entendo a pontuação tão baixa aqui no google.
Every time I needed consultations or exams I was well attended. The receptionists (both on the phone and in person) are very polite, attentive and well prepared. I was able to do several tests for my health plan. In addition, consultations were scheduled for close dates (unlike other locations that only had a date for the following month). The place deserves a score of 10 in everything, I don't understand the low score here on google.

Ninguém atende o telefone nesse lugar. Eu vou ter que ir do Santa Lúcia até la só para marcar um exame.
Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que fui a esse instituto, foi dia 18/10/202 as 17:50 o atendimento da recepcionista foi péssimo, parecia que eu estava pedindo um favor fui apenas levar uma requisição para um exame e recepcionista mais grossa do que tudo! Peço a direção desse local, que faça uma reciclagem com seus funcionários, estamos pagando pelo atendimento e não pedidonfo favor! Precisa melhorar e muito.
