O atendimento da dona do salão foi péssimo, não soube ser comunicativa em relação ao que seria feito no meu cabelo, não sabia explicar procedimentos de clareamento o qual foi o procedimento escolhido, chumbou meu cabelo mesmo eu dizendo que ficaria assim com os produtos que ela estava usando, meu cabelo ficou emborrachado.
Conclusão do resultado, meu cabelo está caindo e arrebentando, os produtos de hidratação não eram profissionais (até os da minha casa fazem mais efeito na primeira aplicagem), incoveniente ao dizer os valores supostamente alto de seus produtos como se dissessem algo.

Horrible, that's the real word to describe my experience.
The service from the owner of the salon was terrible, she did not know how to be communicative in relation to what would be done on my hair, she did not know how to explain bleaching procedures which was the chosen procedure, she failed my hair even though I said it would look like this with the products I was wearing, my hair got rubbery.
Conclusion of the result, my hair is falling and breaking, the hydration products were not professional (even those in my house have more effect in the first application), inconvenient when saying the supposedly high values of your products as if they said something.
