★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente com minha mãe foi infeliz no atendimento, ela com dores fortíssimas, hemorragia, queria primeiro que ela realizasse exames antes de medicar, fomos em outro médico que não teve a mesma conduta, pelo contrário. Tranquilizou-a, foi humano. Quando procuramos um médico, estamos debilitados, fisicamente e emocionalmente, o mínimo que precisamos é de um pouco de psicologia para conseguirmos sair da consulta melhor e não pior.

He reassured her, he was human. When we see a doctor, we are weakened, physically and emotionally, the least we need is a little psychology to be able to leave the consultation better and not worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, tinha eu e mais duas pessoas no consultório, depois de meia hora esperando (particular) fui perguntar se o doutor estava lá e fui informado que não, mas estava "a caminho", depois de uma hora esperando, fui embora e pedi o estorno do dinheiro, e fui informado que só poderia ser feito quando ele chegasse. Fui embora e não recebi nem um pedido de desculpa pela perda de tempo, ridículo de mais, falta de profissionalismo. Não recomendo.
Terrible, there were me and two other people in the office, after half an hour waiting (private) I went to ask if the doctor was there and I was told he was not, but he was "on the way", after an hour waiting, I left and asked for the refund the money, and I was informed that it could only be done when it arrived. I left and I didn't even receive an apology for the waste of time, too ridiculous, lack of professionalism. I do not recommend.
