Tenho 2 filhos e minha segunda gestação foi bastante complicada e graças as atitudes de DRª Tereza e DRª Maria Helena tive o parto cesário com 36 semanas que salvou a vida do meu filho. Por ter ultra no consultório de DRª. Odete toda o acompanhamento foi feito. Com relação as consultas sempre houveram encaixes conforme a minha necessidade de grávida e como paciente não tenho a reclamar de nada. Funcionárias acompanham as médicas a muito tempo e são bastantes atenciosas.
 Excellent doctors! I have 2 children and my second pregnancy was quite complicated and thanks to the attitudes of DRª Tereza and DRª Maria Helena I had a cesarean delivery at 36 weeks that saved my son's life. For having ultra in the DRª office. All monitoring was done. Regarding consultations, there were always fits according to my need for a pregnant woman and as a patient I don't have to complain about anything. Employees have been accompanying doctors for a long time and are very attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende os telefones que me foram passados quando estive na clinica. E eu ainda disse a atendente: "esses números nunca atendem", e ela disse: "atende sim, pode ligar pra marcar porque a agenda da dra Tereza Beatriz só abre dia 23"
Ok! Tô ligando nos três números e ninguém me atende. Tem hora que fica ocupado! Ou seja, tem gente mas não atende! Terrível o atendimento. Fora que quando fui a clinica fiquei esperando ser atendida na recepção e as senhoras dentro de uma salinha. Tive que chamar. Parecia que eu era invisível. Só insisto pq a médica é muito boa, mas o atendimento a gente custa a conseguir!!!!!!
No one answers the phones that were handed to me when I was at the clinic. And I also said to the attendant: "these numbers never answer", and she said: "yes, you can call to book because Dr. Tereza Beatriz's schedule only opens on the 23rd"
OK! I'm calling the three numbers and no one answers me. There are times when it gets busy! In other words, there are people but they don't answer! Terrible service. Besides, when I went to the clinic I was waiting to be seen at the reception and the ladies inside a small room. I had to call. It felt like I was invisible. I only insist because the doctor is very good, but the service is hard to get !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, limpo e organizado. A atendente Marleide sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa com os pacientes. Dra Helena é um amor de pessoa e uma excelente profissional, nos deixa muito a vontade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra Odete maravilhosa, 5 estrelas p ela. Mas o atendimento telefônico é péssimo. Liguei para o contato disponível aqui para marcar meu exame, porém a tendente foi super grossa, informando p ligar em outro contato. Quando liguei no novo número, da mesma forma, fui atendida com grosseria. Se não conhecesse o atendimento da Dra Odete, não iria mais. Se continuar assim, não sei se vou seguir até o fim do meu tratamento nessa clínica.
Dr. Odete is wonderful, 5 stars for her. But the phone service is terrible. I called the contact available here to schedule my exam, but the trend was super thick, informing me to call another contact. When I called the new number, in the same way, I was answered with rudeness. If I didn't know about Dr. Odete's care, I wouldn't go again. If it continues like this, I don't know if I will continue until the end of my treatment at this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a Dr. Kalynna Maia foi simplesmente incrível, fui atendida por ela na urgência da promater e desde então passei a segui-la no Instagram, onde ela tem bons conteúdos acerca da saúde da mulher (ginecologia e obstetrícia). Marquei uma consulta para conversarmos sobre o DIU e ela simplesmente me explicou tudo detalhadamente, me deixou muito a vontade . Já aderi como minha ginecologista, indico demais.
My experience with Dr. Kalynna Maia was simply incredible, I was assisted by her at the promater's emergency room and since then I have followed her on Instagram, where she has good content about women's health (gynecology and obstetrics). I made an appointment to talk about the IUD and she simply explained everything to me in detail, making me very comfortable. I already joined as my gynecologist, I suggest too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar muito o atendimento por telefone, são várias tentativas para atenderem e qdo atendem deixam a pessoa na linha esperando sem resposta. Para saber de um resultado tive de ligar 4x e em 3x atendem mas deixam no mudo sem retorno
The phone service needs to improve a lot, there are several attempts to answer and when they answer they leave the person on the line waiting without an answer. To find out about a result I had to call 4x and 3x they answer but they leave it on mute with no return
