★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento desumano totalmente frio cm o paciente. Não tocou em mim, nem ouviu as minhas reclamações de dores, já foi pedindo monte de exames. (Aqles que demora 1 mês) Fiz todos porém o retorno cm o Dr. Caio lett só aconteceu pra 2 meses depois, resultado as dores era uma cisto no meu Ovario que rompeu e tive várias complicações. Atendimento da clínica um lixo liguei por várias vezes e tive a chamada recusada por ser celular e não fixo. Insistir por muitas vezes pra sinalizar q era uma emergência e q teria preferência por ser retorno até agora nada!! Pois o Dr. Caio não autoriza encaixes ?lixo de médico e lixo de clínica!
Totally inhumane care for the patient. He did not touch me, nor did he hear my complaints of pain, he was already asking for a lot of tests. (It takes 1 month) I did it all but the return with Dr. Caio lett only happened for 2 months later, the result of the pain was a cyst in my Ovary that broke and I had several complications. At the clinic, I called the garbage several times and had the call refused because it was cellular and not fixed. To insist many times to signal that it was an emergency and that I would prefer to be back until now nothing !! Because Dr. Caio does not authorize fittings for medical waste and clinical waste!

It doesn't even seem like Brazil has so much difference between other places I've been through...very good in everything...Congratulations to all professionals involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local para atendimento de gestantes. Equipe médica super atenciosa e receptiva. As meninas do atendimento são super rápidas e educadas. O atendimento por telefone achei meio lento, mas nada fora do normal. Estacionamento no local e nos casos de estarem todas as vagas ocupadas, há um manobrista que fica organizando os carros.
Excellent place to care for pregnant women. Super helpful and responsive medical staff. The girls in the service are super fast and polite. The phone service was a bit slow, but nothing out of the ordinary. On-site parking and in cases where all spaces are occupied, there is a valet who is organizing the cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei em consulta com o Dr Caio Lett em agosto de 2020, uma outra Dra que passei tinha me indicado ele. A consulta não durou nem 10 minutos. Relatei o meu problema para ele, porém não deu muita atenção e já foi me pedindo uma ressonância magnética da região pélvica. Fiz o exame e no retorno da consulta que nao durei nem 5 minutos,ele simplesmente passou o olho no exame e disse que tinha que operar. No caso era um mioma. Ele disse que me passaria um um receituário de injeção de um medicamento que diminuia o tamanho do mioma e facilitaria a cirurgia. No momento ele disse que não tinha o receituário no computador dele. E que era para eu ligar na clinica na semana seguinte,que ele deixaria pronta o receituário para eu retirar. Liguei na clinica no dia informado por ele e a atendente disse que o Dr Caio não deixou nenhum receituário. Porém a mesma atendente não demonstrou interesse em procurar ou me retornar para saber por que o Dr Caio não tinha deixado o receituário. Achei uma falta de respeito comigo e não indico esse médico pra ninguém. É um profissional ruim e seu atendimento não é humanizado. É muito seco e não conversa na consulta.
I spent a consultation with Dr Caio Lett in August 2020, another Dr I went through had recommended him to me. The consultation didn't even last 10 minutes. I reported my problem to him, but he didn't pay much attention and he asked me for an MRI of the pelvic region. I did the exam and when I returned from the consultation, I didn't even last 5 minutes, he simply looked over the exam and said he had to operate. In this case it was a myoma. He said he would give me an injection prescription for a drug that would reduce the size of the myoma and make surgery easier. At the time he said he didn't have the prescription on his computer. And that I was supposed to call the clinic the following week, that he would have the prescription ready for me to remove. I called the clinic on the day informed by him and the attendant said that Dr Caio did not leave any prescriptions. However, the same attendant showed no interest in looking for or returning me to find out why Dr Caio had not left the prescription. I found a lack of respect for me and do not recommend this doctor to anyone. He is a bad professional and his service is not humanized. It is very dry and does not talk during the consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção lenta, médicos atrasam mais de uma hora e meia, consulta demora menos de 15 minutos - quando duram 10. Muita falta de respeito com o paciente, pois não cumprem nada de horário e não tem disposição de esclarecer o que de fato está acontecendo. NAO ACREDITE NO DOCTORALIA, se vc falar algo negativo lá, eles não publicam.
Slow reception, doctors delay more than an hour and a half, consultation takes less than 15 minutes - when they last 10. Much lack of respect for the patient, as they do not comply with any timetable and are not willing to clarify what is actually happening. DON'T BELIEVE IN DOCTORALIA, if you say something negative there, they won't publish it.
