Em pleno século XXI ,embora tenham TODOS os nossos dados, são incapazes de usar os meios de comunicação disponíveis para desmarcar um agendamento. Ao fazer UMA ligação que não seja atendida, consideram como uma tentativa e pronto... como se as pessoas tivessem o telefone acoplado ao corpo. Pra “ajudar”,um serviço terceirizado, usa esses meios de comunicação e confirma um agendamento que não acontecerá! PÉSSIMO!!!
Total disregard for the “customer” . In the 21st century, although they have ALL our data, they are unable to use the means of communication available to cancel an appointment. When making ONE call that is not answered, they consider it an attempt and that's it... as if people had the phone attached to their body. To “help”, an outsourced service uses these means of communication and confirms an appointment that will not happen! TERRIBLE!!!
