★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligue e atendente pediu pra eu aguardar 1 minuto, depois de 6 min ela desligou o telefone na minha cara, liguei novamente e reclamei, ela ignorou minha queixa e grosseiramente pergun se eu ainda ia querer marcar a consulta.
Despreparo total, sem profissionalismo nenhum.
Bons medicos e pessimos atendentes.
 Call and the attendant asked me to wait 1 minute, after 6 min she hung up on me, I called again and complained, she ignored my complaint and rudely asked if I would still want to make an appointment.
Total unpreparedness, without any professionalism.
Good doctors and friendly staff.

Na primeira oportunidade foi atendida minha filha de 2 anos, fez consulta e vários exames. Na segunda vez, já foi p mim. Sem motivo algum p queixa.
Percebe-se que o prédio é antigo, mas bem reformado e fornece conforto.
Quando liguei, fui atendida, e qd fiz meu cadastro, a atendente tanto me atendia quanto ao telefone, sem deixar de fazer nada.
Atendentes e profissionais prestativos.
Indico com certeza!
As vezes pode alguém não estar bem, e resultar nos comentários negativos.
I've been 2 times, and only compliments.
At the first opportunity, my 2-year-old daughter was seen, made an appointment and several exams. The second time, it was already me. For no reason to complain.
It is noticed that the building is old, but well renovated and provides comfort.
When I called, I was answered, and when I made my registration, the attendant both answered me and the phone, while doing nothing.
Helpful attendants and professionals.
I recommend for sure!
Sometimes someone may be unwell, and result in negative comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CONSULTA AGENDADA COM "HORA MARCADA" ÀS 8:40 E NÃO POR ORDEM DE CHAGADA. CHEGUEI À CLINICA ÀS 8:15. O MEDICO COMPARECEU NA CLINICA ÀS 8:50 E COMEÇOU A ATENDER OS PACIENTES ÀS 9:00. JÁ TIVE A IMPRESSÃO QUE A CLINICA NÃO TINHA COMPROMISSO EM CUMPRIR O HORARIO COMBINADO. NA RECEPÇÃO, FUI INFORMADO QUE TINHA APENAS 1 (HUM) PACIENTE NA MINHA FRENTE. OCORRE QUE FORAM CHAMADOS MAIS 2 (DOIS) PACIENTES ANTES DE MIM, E ESTES HAVIAM CHEGADOS DEPOIS DE MIM. O HORARIO JA MARCAVA 9:50 E AINDA NÃO TINHA SIDO ATENDIDO PELO MEDICO. OU SEJA, MAIS DE 1 (UMA) HORA APÓS A CONSULTA POR "HORA MARCADA" E NENHUM ATENDIMENTO.
SCHEDULED CONSULTATION WITH "HOURS MARKED" AT 8:40 AND NOT BY ORDER OF ARRIVAL. I ARRIVED AT THE CLINIC AT 8:15. THE DOCTOR ATTENDED AT THE CLINIC AT 8:50 AM AND BEGAN ATTENDING PATIENTS AT 9:00 AM. I HAVE ALREADY GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT THE CLINIC HAS NO COMMITMENT TO FULFILLING THE COMBINED SCHEDULE. AT THE RECEPTION, I WAS INFORMED THAT I ONLY HAVE 1 (HUM) PATIENT ON MY FRONT. IT OCCURS THAT 2 (TWO) PATIENTS WERE CALLED BEFORE ME, AND THESE WERE ARRIVED AFTER ME. THE TIME HAS ALREADY MARKED 9:50 AM AND HAS NOT YET BEEN SERVED BY THE PHYSICIAN. THAT IS, MORE THAN 1 (ONE) HOUR AFTER THE CONSULTATION FOR "TIME MARKED" AND NO ATTENDANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indico Dr Eder Nascimento, excelente otorrino e um ser humano incrível. Foi muito atencioso no tratamento de covid do meu marido, médico como esse é raridade hoje em dia. Sempre cuidadoso e preocupado como estava transcorrendo o tratamento. PARABÉNS Dr ???? o sr foi um anjo em nossas vidas!
I recommend Dr Eder Nascimento, an excellent ENT and an incredible human being. He was very attentive in the treatment of my husband's covid, a doctor as this is a rarity nowadays. Always careful and concerned with how the treatment was going. CONGRATULATIONS Dr. you were an angel in our lives!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos bons mas péssimos funcionários, tem uma fofinha que não atende ninguém direito e só fica jogando vídeo game no computador... decepção vc pagar um plano tão caro pra ser mal tratado.
Good doctors but very bad employees, there is a cutie who doesn’t care for anyone and only plays video games on the computer ... disappointment, you pay for such an expensive plan to be treated badly.

Nunca mais! Não indico nem pro meu maior inimigo!
Terrible! I made an appointment at 8:30 am and until 10:40 am we were still waiting due to the lack of competence of the employees!
Never! I don't even recommend it to my biggest enemy!
