Fiquei na emergência 1 hora pra ser feito a triagem e 3 horas pra ser atendida. Péssimo atendimento!
 I don't give 0 stars because I can't!
I stayed in the emergency for 1 hour to be triaged and 3 hours to be seen. Terrible attendance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu pré natal lá,tive meu bebê e fui muito bem recepcionada. Fora que todas as vezes que precisei ser atendida na emergência ginecológica foi excelente o atendimento. Pra mim lá é uma maternidade excelente. Faz exames laboratorias e ultrassom de emergência pela manhã e tarde.
I did my prenatal there, had my baby and was very well received. Apart from that every time I needed to be seen in the gynecological emergency, the service was excellent. For me, it's an excellent motherhood. She performs laboratory tests and emergency ultrasound in the morning and afternoon.

A recepção péssimo precisa ser mais educado com os pacientes principalmente quem tem problemas auditivos. É necessário ter mas educação.invés
de rirem da condição do pacientes. As médicas ginecologista são maravilhosas.
Agora a recepção são péssimos ao contar que liga e nunca atendem.
I honestly didn't like my last time there.
The lousy reception needs to be more polite with patients especially those who have hearing problems. It is necessary to have more education.
to laugh at the patient's condition. Gynecologists are wonderful.
Now the reception are terrible when they tell you that they call and they never answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive meu filho dia 05/04/2022 as 1:15.. e não tenho o que reclamar... a equipe médica da dr Luana, todos, SUPER atenciosos.. a estagiária de Medicina (Ana) muito cuidadosa... todas as meninas que participaram do parto na verdade.. (perdoem n lembrar o nome) mas, saibam que me senti acolhida, amada.. vcs souberam demonstrar empatia.. (continuem assim e serão ótimas médicas no futuro, daqui 2 anos ne ? Kkk Na parte de enfermaria, a limpeza nota 10, comida também.. tudo visando acolher as puerperas nesse momento tão delicado após o parto.. excelente hospital escola.. Jeová ouviu minha orações.
I had my son on 04/05/2022 at 1:15 am.. and I have nothing to complain about... Dr Luana's medical team, everyone, SUPER attentive.. the Medicine intern (Ana) very careful... all of them the girls who participated in the birth actually.. (sorry for not remembering the name) but, know that I felt welcomed, loved.. you knew how to show empathy.. (keep it up and you will be great doctors in the future, 2 years from now, right? Lol In the infirmary, cleaning is a 10, food as well.. everything aimed at welcoming the puerperas in this very delicate moment after childbirth.. excellent teaching hospital.. Jehovah heard my prayers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eh eu estou aqui com minha esposa pra ter a nossa filha,sei que tem suas burocracias e restrições mas desde 5 horas estou aqui e minha esposa nao foi atendida ainda,estou a bolsa umas 4:00 e ela esta sentindo muita. Dor. Nao deixei de observar alguns medicos Sairem com travesseiros, eh normal Eles terem travesseiros nos seus plantões??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha sobrinha teve seu primeiro filho aí. Péssima experiência!!! Induziram o parto durante dois dias com medicamentos e deixaram ela sofrendo mesmo sabendo que não teria dilatação suficiente para a passagem do bebê. A bolsa estourou e por mais de 4 horas ela ficou sofrendo, perdendo líquido esverdeado e sangue. Tratavam minha irmã ( a mãe da minha sobrinha) mal e não respondiam as perguntas. Depois de massacrar muito, levaram minha sobrinha para a sala cirúrgica. Uma verdadeira VIOLÊNCIA OBSTETRICA. UMA VERGONHA E UM DESCASO!
My niece had her first child there. Bad experience!!! They induced labor for two days with medication and left her suffering even though she knew she wouldn't have enough dilation for the baby to pass. The water broke and for more than 4 hours she was suffering, losing greenish fluid and blood. They treated my sister (my niece's mother) badly and didn't answer questions. After a lot of massacring, they took my niece to the operating room. A true OBSTETRIC VIOLENCE. A SHAME AND A SHAME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dou 0 estrelas porque não tem pior maternidade fui no dia 30 de novembro de 2021, sentindo tô com 40 semanas e 6 dias de gestação. não quiseram me internar fiquei do lado de fora com fome até o dia 1 de manhã 9 horas da manhã e só foram me internar quando eu tava com 6 de dilatação fiquei com sintomas de depressão pós-parto pois o parto me traumatizou pior lugar para ter um filho as enfermeira em ignorante sala as médica muito ignorante também tudo muito ruim um calor insuportável na enfermagem fizeram episiotomia fiquei mais de um mês sentindo dor no lugar do ponto sem andar direito foi um horror corra enquanto é tempo enfim o parto do meu primeiro filho foi um pesadelo terrível
I don't give 0 stars because there's no worse maternity hospital I went on November 30, 2021, feeling I'm 40 weeks and 6 days pregnant. they didn't want to hospitalize me i stayed outside hungry until the 1st of the morning 9 o'clock in the morning and they only admitted me when i was 6 dilated i got symptoms of postpartum depression because the delivery traumatized me worst place to be a son the nurses in an ignorant room the doctor very ignorant also everything very bad an unbearable heat in the nursing they did an episiotomy I spent more than a month feeling pain in the place of the stitch without walking right it was a horror run while it's time finally the delivery of my first child it was a terrible nightmare
