★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone, fica na secretária eletrônica por 15 min e depois a ligação cai. A portaria não sai e já fui atendida desde o dia 30/8. Se não tem funcionário suficiente, providencie. Vou ter que sair da minha casa para ir pessoalmente, pq por telefone não se consegue falar. E hoje são 14/9 e não sei como está minha situação.
They don't answer the phone, stay on the answering machine for 15 minutes and then the call drops. The concierge doesn't come out and I've been attended to since 8/30. If you don't have enough staff, do it. I'll have to leave my house to go in person, because you can't talk over the phone. And today it's 9/14 and I don't know how my situation is.

I hate having to go to this place with the hot sun even worse...bad choice for the location of the IPC...not everyone has a car to go up the hill.?
