★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota ruim porque a recepção é uma bagunça. Depois de esperar quase 1h pra fazer 3 ultras, ainda não tinham solicitado a autorização pelo plano. Os exames foram feitos e estou aguardando há 20min somente pela documentação da recepção, até agora nada. Já havia lido os comentários daqui antes de marcar, e apesar de todos deixarem claro que o problema da clínica é a recepção, achei que comigo seria tranquilo. Me enganei.
 Bad note because the reception is a mess. After waiting almost 1 hour to do 3 ultras, they had not yet requested authorization for the plan. The exams were done and I have been waiting for 20 minutes just for the reception documentation, so far nothing. I had read the comments here before making an appointment, and although everyone made it clear that the problem with the clinic is the reception, I thought it would be fine with me. I was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei receosa pelos comentários, mas achei a clínica super organizada, o atendimento foi rápido e as ultras que bati com o médico foi perfeita. Eu gostei muito.
I was afraid of the comments, but I thought the clinic was super organized, the service was fast and the ultras I had with the doctor were perfect. I liked very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui apreensiva dps de ler as avaliações, mas chegando lá me surpreendi de uma forma positiva.
Apesar de eu não ter gostado muito do atendimento pelo Whatsapp, gostei das recepcionistas e do dr. Costa, ele é muito atencioso!!!
Só não dou 5 estrelas pq eu acho q deveriam melhorar no atendimento via Whatsapp.
Demorei muito pra encontrar o Whatsapp, mas encontrei, está aqui pra quem ainda procura

I was apprehensive after reading the reviews, but getting there I was surprised in a positive way.
Although I did not like the service by Whatsapp, I liked the receptionists and dr. Costa, he is very attentive !!!
I just don't give 5 stars because I think they should improve their service via Whatsapp.
It took me a long time to find Whatsapp, but I found it, it's here for those who are still looking

I had my ultrasounds there and I liked it a lot, the service was fast, the receptionist was attentive and Dr Costa was very attentive.

Great service, super polite staff. The only thing that left something to be desired was that the result/report is not delivered on time, but otherwise everything is perfect❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horário é uma coisa que não é respeitada, a agenda do médico precisa ser melhor organizada. Se vc diz para seu cliente um horário x, vc precisa cumprir esse horário, ou já deixar avisado que tem fila de espera e o horário é só enfeite.
schedule is something that is not respected, the doctor's schedule needs to be better organized. If you tell your client a time x, you need to comply with that time, or let them know that there is a waiting list and the time is just decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fomos muito bem atendidos. Tudo muito limpo, iluminado e confortável. O tratamento é humanizado, o que nos faz ficar tranquilos. As salas onde são realizados os exames são aconchegantes.
We have always been very well attended. All very clean, bright and comfortable. The treatment is humanized, which makes us feel calm. The rooms where the exams are held are cozy.
