★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia pois bem tive uma consulta de exame na data de hoje 17/04/2019 para coleta de sangue nesse Instituto cheguei por volta das 7:45 numa imensa fila gravida de 8 meses e apois o aguarde ate as 9:00 da manha esperando minha vez pra fazer a coleta chega as 9:15 da manha uma paciente tambem pra fazer a coleta e aguarda por 5 minutos pois a fila estava com mas de 25 pessoas no aguardo inclusive eu que havia chegado as 7:45 da manha
Veio uma infermeira chefe de nome rosangela
Cochicha no ouvido da tal pessoa e vai ate a repartição da coleta pega os vidros de colita mas as seringas pra coleta a leva pra outra sala e isso na frente de todos nós ao menos 25 pessoas aguardando na fila muita injustiça me direcionei a recepção pra que fizesse minha reclamação indignada pois uma pessoa ao qual teria que dar exemplo faz completamente ao inverso
Chegando na recepção encontro a tal infermeira chefe que nao quis me direcionar a administração da clinica
Pois me disse que a pessoa responsável nao estaria la um absurdo
Good morning, well I had an examination appointment on today's date 04/17/2019 for blood collection at this Institute I arrived around 7:45 in a huge pregnant queue of 8 months and I hope you wait until 9:00 am my time to do the collection arrives at 9:15 a morning a patient also to make the collection and waits for 5 minutes because the queue was with more than 25 people waiting, including me who had arrived at 7:45 am

Cochicha in the ear of such a person and goes until the collection of the collection picks up the glasses of colita but the syringes for collection takes them to another room and that in front of all of us at least 25 people waiting in line very unfairly I directed the reception so that made my complaint outraged because a person who would have to give example does completely the opposite
Arriving at the reception I met the chief of the hospital who did not want to direct me to the administration of the clinic
You told me that the responsible person would not be absurd
