★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente uma escola totalmente desqualificada , no qual não estou tendo o aprendizado que mim prometeram no ato da inscrição do curso sem contar com a troca de professores no qual cada um ensina de um jeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me inscrevi para o curso de barbeiro e me colocaram em uma turma que já estava em mais da metade das aulas e falaram que esse era o padrão trocaram de professor a outra professora que entrou não conseguia acompanhar o que já tinham passado alguns alunos pararam eu falei com o coordenador que queria começar em uma turma nova e estou esperando a meses sem iniciar a turma nova não indico essa unidade
I signed up for the barber course and they put me in a class that was already in more than half of the classes and they said that this was the pattern they changed from teacher to another teacher who came in could not keep up with what had already happened some students stopped I said with the coordinator who wanted to start in a new class and I’ve been waiting for months without starting the new class I don’t indicate this unit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim,fiz o curso de barbeiro fez um ano em maio,até hoje não mim deu o certificado do curso,toda vez que vou lá eles fala que foi encaminhado um e-mail fazendo um novo pedido do certificado....a conversa deles é que o certificado vem do rio de janeiro....
Sem contar a falta de respeito com o cliente,vindo da atendente que fica na secretaria,atende agente numa mal vontade ,ceheguei lá era 14:50,ela em horário de serviço saiu pra rua,e mim pediu pra esperar 10 minutos que já voltava,foi mim atender era 15:40....
Não aconselho fazer curso nessa filial...nao sei se e todas filial....
Very bad service, I took the barber course a year ago in May, until today I haven't given the certificate of the course, every time I go there they say that an email was sent making a new request for the certificate .... a Their conversation is that the certificate comes from Rio de Janeiro ....
Not to mention the lack of respect for the client, coming from the attendant who is in the office, he meets the agent in a bad mood, I was there at 2:50 pm, she went out on the street during work hours, and I asked to wait 10 minutes on my way back , it was me attending it was 15:40 ....
I do not advise taking courses in that branch ... I do not know if it is all branches ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 18:10 para cortar o cabelo. Tinha 6 pessoas na minha frente. Ainda tem uma na minha frente aguardando ainda é já são 20:14. O Professor e mais 3 alunos estão na sala e apenas um cortando o cabelo.
I arrived at 18:10 to get a haircut. There were 6 people in front of me. Still has one in front of me waiting is still already 20:14. The teacher and 3 other students are in the room and only one getting a haircut.

Acabei de ligar para Instituto Embelleze Pinheiros. A funcionaria deles tinha falado que tinha acortes de cabelo e estava acontecendo naquele exato momento, e eu estava na estação Faria Lima que é uma quadra do local.
Quando chego lá não tinha corte algum e os professores não estavam lá e duas atendentes no local disse que nenhuma das duas que tinha atendido o telefone dando a informação do corte... Totalmente informação errada.
Today on date 07/23/2019
I just called Instituto Embelleze Pinheiros. Their official had said they had haircuts and it was happening right now, and I was at the Faria Lima station which is a block from the place.
When I got there I had no cut and the teachers were not there and two attendants at the place said that neither of them had answered the phone giving the information of the cut ... Totally wrong information.
