★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um voucher para escova nesse estabelecimento em uma palestra do outubro rosa,e toda vez que ligava me diziam que n tinham mais vagas,ou a vaga que tinha era no mesmo dia e não me dava a opção de nenhum dia a mais sendo que eu n poderia ir pois estaria no meu horário de trabalho, total descaso,se não quer atender quem ganhou esse "brinde" era melhor nem ter dado nada,falta de respeito isso,duvido se fosse pago iriam me tratar assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há 3 meses aguardando a devolução de uma matrícula onde a pessoa foi impossibilitada de iniciar o curso. A instituição fez todo o procedimento com documentações e assinaturas e concordando em devolver o dinheiro, mas há 3 meses me enrolam para finalizar o pagamento. Absurdo! Na hora de te matricular são muito eficientes e receptivos mas para resolver qualquer problema é uma burocracia sem tamanho.
I have been waiting for 3 months for the return of a registration where the person was unable to start the course. The institution carried out the entire procedure with documentation and signatures and agreeing to return the money, but for 3 months I have been stopped to finalize the payment. Absurd! When enrolling you are very efficient and receptive, but to solve any problem it is a huge bureaucracy.
