Não são todos os profissionais deste lugar que merecem avaliação negativa mas infelizmente a recepção e uma bagunça, houve 4 episódios com a mesma funcionaria que só passa informações improcedentes. Você se desloca para ser atendido baseada na informação da recepcionista e chega no lugar não consegue o serviço porque a informação era falsa! (TODAS AS 4 VEZES) antes de registrar o ocorrido na internet a situação foi informada ao gerente da unidade que teve brilhante ideia de chamar a funcionaria para que eu mesma desce o feedback, não preciso nem dizer o quanto foi patético essa situação pois a recepcionista negou tudo e eu que ouvi errado as 4 vezes! Por mais que o serviço ofertado seja gratuito e muito interessante ter profissionalismo e responsabilidade com os clientes, hoje eu fui procurar para ser modelo mas amanhã eu posso me interessar em ser aluna. É e com muito falta de responsabilidade que a funcionaria da embelleze na unidade venda trabalha! Informação correta não dói é e de graça!
I just want to leave a warning so that no one wastes time and gets angry! Not all professionals in this place deserve negative feedback but unfortunately the reception and a mess, there have been 4 episodes with the same would work that only gives incorrect information. You move to be attended based on the information from the receptionist and arrive at the place cannot get the service because the information was false! (EVERY 4 TIMES) Before recording what happened on the internet the situation was informed to the unit manager who had a brilliant idea to call the staff so that I get the feedback myself, I don't even have to say how pathetic this situation was because the receptionist denied everything and I heard it wrong the 4 times! As much as the service offered is free and very interesting to have professionalism and responsibility with customers, today I went looking to be a model but tomorrow I may be interested in being a student. It is and with very lack of responsibility that embelleze's work in the sale unit works! Correct information does not hurt is and for free!
