Por WhatsApp as mensagens não respondem no dia, só quando a atendente quer, ou seja, dois ou 3 dias depois... Que pena, parece que o profissional é bom, mas seus assistentes são péssimos.. Ele precisa rever isso urgente. Está perdendo clientes.. Até agora não consegui..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a mais de um mês tentando agendar uma cirurgia. A demora no atendimento é absurda. Quase precisa implorar para responderem. Primeiro pediram vídeo, depois informaram que não aceitam mais vídeo. Uma bagunça. Se para conseguir agendar é assim, imagina a cirugia! Sou de fora de SP e estaria indo exclusivamente para operar com o Dr Igor, mas já desisti por tamanha falta de consideração ao paciente.
I've been trying to schedule surgery for over a month. The delay in service is absurd. You almost have to beg them to respond. First they asked for video, then informed that they no longer accept video. A mess. If it's like this to be able to schedule, imagine the surgery! I'm from outside SP and would be going exclusively to operate with Dr Igor, but I've already given up due to such lack of consideration for the patient.

Passei pela consulta online, paguei 350 reais com a esperança de fazer a cirurgia ,pois a secretária havia marcado para o dia do niver da minha filha e mesmo assim aceitei. Não houve cirurgia e nem satisfação.Depos de muita insistencia, fui informada que não iam mais me operar, já que eu não aceitei operar no hospital deles ,indicando o Samaritano. ZERO de ÉTICA. Só pensa em monetizar, é uma pena.Pedi meu dinheiro de volta, já que não fiz consulta para dar mais dinheiro para ele e sim para operar,mas não me devolveram e nem me respondem mais. Um HORROR!
I would like to give 0 stars, but I don't have that option. I went through the online consultation, paid 350 reais with the hope of having the surgery, because the secretary had scheduled it for my daughter's birthday and I still accepted. There was no surgery and no satisfaction. After much insistence, I was informed that they would no longer operate on me, as I did not accept to operate at their hospital, indicating Samaritan. ETHICS ZERO. He only thinks about monetizing, it's a pity. I asked for my money back, since I didn't make a query to give him more money, but to operate, but they didn't give me back and they don't even answer me anymore. Horrible!
