★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fico pensando quais os valores de respeito que um profissional da saúde deve ter para com uma criança especial. Esperamos por 5 meses para que meu sobrinho autista conseguisse uma consulta com Dr Marco Arruda, nesta clínica. Uma criança de 13 anos com dificuldades de viajar, enfrentamos uma série de adaptações para conseguir pegar estrada e viajar por mais de 2hs e enfim ser consultado com um especialista "renomado". Consulta agendada para as 14:30... às 16hs não havia sinal do médico, a secretária com muita má vontade apenas dizia que ele estava almoçando. Havia 2 pacientes na frente do nosso Lucas, ainda que o medico tivesse chegado as 16hs, seríamos atendidos no mínimo as 19hs! Enquanto aguardávamos, o Lucas reconhecendo que se tratava de uma Clínica, surtou em gritos e choro incontrolável, ele não fala! O nervoso foi tanto que ele fez cocô, tamanho o desespero! Por fim, após horas de viagem, gastos para chegar à Ribeirão, dificuldades para adapta-lo no carro, 5 meses de espera, a única atenção que recebemos da Clínica foi "Ele está almoçando"... sem nenhum respeito à criança especial que ali demonstrava total descontrole emocional. Lembrando que não estamos falando de uma consulta gratuita, e sim de um valor correspondente a 700.00. Como crer que se trata de uma Clínica idônea? Como vc que está lendo essa mensagem avaliaria tal atendimento? Além de desrespeitados, fomos negligenciados perante a necessidade especial em que o Lucas apresenta e nada foi considerado pelos "profissionais" que ali se encontram.
Lamentável, nos resta expor em redes sociais o acontecido para que se atentem ao fato e cuidem para que outros não passem por tamanha humilhação.
I wonder what values of respect a health professional should have towards a special child. We waited for 5 months for my autistic nephew to get an appointment with Dr Marco Arruda at this clinic. A 13 year old child with difficulties to travel, we faced a series of adaptations to be able to hit the road and travel for more than 2 hours and finally be consulted with a "renowned" specialist. Consultation scheduled for 2:30 pm ... at 4:00 pm there was no sign of the doctor, the secretary very grudgingly said that he was having lunch. There were 2 patients in front of our Lucas, even though the doctor had arrived at 4pm, we would be seen at least 7pm! While we waited, Lucas recognizing that it was a Clinic, broke out in screams and uncontrollable crying, he doesn't speak! He was so nervous that he pooped, so desperate! Finally, after hours of travel, expenses to get to Ribeirão, difficulties to adapt it in the car, 5 months of waiting, the only attention we received from the Clinic was "He is having lunch" ... without any respect for the special child who there he showed total emotional lack of control. Recalling that we are not talking about a free consultation, but an amount corresponding to 700.00. How to believe that it is a suitable Clinic? How would you who are reading this message rate this service? In addition to being disrespected, we were neglected due to the special need that Lucas presents and nothing was considered by the "professionals" who are there.
Unfortunately, it remains for us to expose what happened in social networks so that they pay attention to the fact and take care that others do not experience such humiliation.
