A Karina chegou de mansinho com as manobras de osteopatia, laser para amenizar a dor, bolsinhas desementes para eu aquecer em casa e dormir melhor.... enfim, com todo cuidado foi me devolvendo o prazer das aulas e das conquistas por menores que sejam...
Tive suspeita de covid e ja faz 1 mes que esotou sem minhas aulas e sem qualidade no meu sono... mas ja que testei negativo, segunda estou de volta!
