★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São grosseiros até para atender o telefone e fazer agendamentos. Já tinha visto essa mesma avaliação por outras pessoas, acabei desistindo de agendar.
They are rude even to answer the phone and make appointments. I had already seen this same evaluation by other people, I ended up giving up scheduling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos muito mal atendidos pelo dr° atendeu muito rápido, não examinou a queixa, não recomendo a ninguém. Quer atender quantidade e não com qualidade. Isso pq passamos eu meu filho e meu esposo que por sinal pagou pela consulta não foi pelo convênio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. O Dr. apenas pediu para ler as letras com o meu próprio óculos e disse que estava ótimo. Não fez nenhum outro exame ou verificação. Eu disse que tinha graus diferentes nos dois olhos, então o Dr. disse que não tinha problema, que era para utilizar o mesmo grau nos dois.
Não recomendo a ninguém, péssima experiência, a consulta não durou nem dois minutos.
Bad experience. The Dr. just asked to read the letters with my own glasses and said it looked great. No other examinations or verifications were carried out. I said that I had different grades in both eyes, so the doctor said that it was okay, that I had to use the same grade in both eyes.
I don't recommend it to anyone, bad experience, the consultation didn't last even two minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lugar horrivel sem acessibilidade p cadeirantes e deficientes. O dr. toufic a gente nao sabe se estamos em um oftalmologista ou no jockei clube. Desde q cheguei a clinica a recepcionista é sem simpatia alguma o medico só ficou pedindo fichas. Ele q se diz medico sem empatia sem profissionalismo preza pela quantidade de fichas ou seja pacientes q adentra a clinica e nao pela qualidade. Ele atende em menos de 5 minutos aferiu meu oculos falou q nao podia fazer nada por mim me pediu um exame e mandou procurar outro medico. Ai que percebi q nao estava diante de um medico. Pacientes a meu lado comentando a grosseria e chatice do mesmo pressionando a recepcionista p liberar ficha. Ele fslou a sra tem 17 graus nao tem oculos p senhora sai tao mal deste lugar a passei em varias oticas onde os mesmos disseram q fazem oculos ate c 20 graus. Sendo paciente foi horrivel senfo profisdionsl da area da saude foi lamentavel. Nao indico esse lugar esse medico a ninguem postei aqui p ajudar outras pessoas e fiz a queixa no convenio. Se coloque no lugar das pessoas Dr e veja se o sr gistaria de ser atendido pelo senhor ou um parente seu ser atendido assim. Tinha na clinica um sr deficiente c 2 muletas idoso debilitado onde o Dr deve ter visto afinal era nitifo tal deficiencia ele chamou o paciente o sr com muita dificuldade deambulsnfo c barulho das muletas ao chao. O dr chamando 3 / 4 vezes ..."vamos fulano" onde ate a secretaria esbossou...Espera Dr ele tem dificuldade. Que truste ser atendido por um medico assim se fosse pelo sus era terrivel pagando ou convenio entao...deus me livre!!!
horrible place with no accessibility for wheelchair users and the disabled. The Doctor. toufic we don't know if we are at an ophthalmologist or jockei club. Since I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist is without any sympathy, the doctor just asked for chips. He q claims to be a doctor without empathy without professionalism, he values the amount of chips that is patients who enter the clinic and not the quality. He answers in less than 5 minutes, he checked my glasses, he said he couldn't do anything for me, he asked me for an exam and sent for another doctor. Then I realized that I was not in front of a doctor. Patients beside me commenting on the rudeness and boredom of him pressing the receptionist to release the file. He fslou, you are 17 degrees, you don't have glasses, p the lady leaves this place so badly, I spent her in several optics where they said they make glasses up to 20 degrees. Being patient was horrible but health professions were regrettable. I do not indicate this place this doctor to anyone, I posted it here to help other people and filed the complaint at the convention. Put yourself in people's shoes Dr and see if you would like to be assisted by you or a relative of yours to be assisted in this way. There was in the clinic a handicapped man with 2 debilitated elderly crutches where the Dr must have seen after all such a deficiency was nififo he called the patient mr with great difficulty to walk with the crutches noise on the floor. The dr calling 3 / 4 times ..."let's go so-and-so" where even the secretariat broke down...Wait Dr he has difficulty. What a trust to be attended by a doctor like that if it was for the sus was terrible paying or agreement then... God forbid!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal atendida na minha vida, não sei como é possível um ser humano como esse ser médico. Só salva mesmo a recepcionista que é uma simpatia, sai com uma receita errada e ainda mal tratada em menos de TRÊS MINUTOS.
I've never been treated so poorly in my life, I don't know how a human being like this doctor is possible. It only saves the receptionist who is kind, leaves with a wrong recipe and is still badly treated in less than THREE MINUTES.
