I enrolled in the Professional confectionery course with Cake Design I was well attended on the phone and when I arrived at school I was enchanted! Nothing changed during my classes! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o curso de "Excel Avançado" e a minha experiência foi péssima desde o início. Eu estava interessado em fazer e demoraram muito pra me atender, fiquei horas esperando. Quando finalmente comecei a fazer o curso paguei o curso adiantado, demorou para entregar o material (já pago) que nem precisei usar. Antes de vender o curso nem citaram que eu aprenderia primeiro no já ultrapassado Excel 2010 e posteriormente o Excel 2016. O professor parece não ter qualificação, é quase estagiário dando aula, na verdade nem da a aula porque é interativo, daqueles cursos que vocês instala o aplicativo e faz no PC da sua casa. As avaliações são dentro do próprio aplicativo, então é certeza que você pode tirar nota 10 pois você pode repetir a avaliação quantas vezes forem necessárias. Os assentos são incrivelmente duros e desconfortáveis e nossa postura fica comprometida, as máquinas (Computadores) também são ultrapassadas e travam sem parar, algumas apresentam defeitos na entrada do fone de ouvido e pra completar usam sistema Windows 7 desativado e sem suporte da Microsoft. Os computadores são tão próximos uns dos outros que você não tem espaço nem para mexer o mouse, você também não tem espaço para apoiar o material de estudo como livro e caderno, o único espaço que você pode conseguir é tirando o teclado do lugar para conseguir apoiar o caderno. Até o momento dessa avaliação, nunca recebi o certificado, eles ficam me enrolando. Engraçado, é que se eu tivesse atrasado alguma parcela eles cairiam matando, se você faltar, já é uma brecha pra eles jogarem na sua cara que o certificado atrasou devido à faltas, detalhe, nunca atrasei parcelas enquanto estive no curso, pelo contrário, eu as quitei imediatamente, também nunca tiver uma falta se quer, até de baixo de chuva eu fui. Nunca mais procuro uma escola assim pra melhorar meu conhecimento, pois é triste saber que o seu dinheiro foi investido em nada. Sei lá, se você quiser fazer o curso de Excel nessa instituição, meu conselho é que você procure outra, mas se quiser tente a sorte. Espero que não se arrependa igual a mim.
I took the "Advanced Excel" course and my experience was terrible from the beginning. I was interested in doing it and it took me a long time to attend, I spent hours waiting. When I finally started taking the course I paid for the course in advance, it took a while to deliver the material (already paid for) that I didn't even need to use. Before selling the course, they did not mention that I would learn first in the already outdated Excel 2010 and later Excel 2016. The teacher does not seem to have a qualification, he is almost a trainee teaching a class, in fact, he doesn’t even teach the class because it’s interactive, of those courses that you install the application and do it on your home PC. The assessments are within the application itself, so it is sure that you can get a grade of 10 because you can repeat the assessment as many times as necessary. The seats are incredibly hard and uncomfortable and our posture is compromised, the machines (Computers) are also outdated and lock without stopping, some have defects in the headphone jack and to complete use Windows 7 system disabled and without support from Microsoft. Computers are so close to each other that you don't even have space to move your mouse, you also don't have space to support study material like a book and notebook, the only space you can get is by moving the keyboard out of place to get it support the notebook. Until the time of this evaluation, I never received the certificate, they keep me involved. Funny thing, is that if I had delayed some installment they would fall killing, if you miss it, it is already a loophole for them to throw in your face that the certificate was delayed due to absences, detail, I never delayed installments while I was on the course, on the contrary, I I quit them immediately, I also never miss a thing, even in the rain I went. I never look for a school like this again to improve my knowledge, because it is sad to know that your money has been invested in nothing. I don't know, if you want to take the Excel course at this institution, my advice is that you look for another one, but if you want to try your luck. I hope you don't regret it like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei uma tremenda falta de respeito eles mandam mensagem falando que é grátis quando vc chegar lá eles te enrolam pra falar que é pago e que tem que dá entrada e pagar mas 6 parcela. Eu vou entrar com um processo devido usar da expectativas das pessoas criando uma verdadeira saia justa com quem está desempregada. Achei pura propaganda enganosa
I thought it was a tremendous lack of respect they send a message saying it's free when you get there they roll you over to say it's paid and you have to check in and pay but 6 installments. I'm going to file a lawsuit due to using people's expectations creating a real fair deal with those who are unemployed. I thought it was just false advertising.
